Nothing special about this Starbucks. Their variety of cakes/food is poor.

Walk in (28 April 2022), huge crowd. Been here few times, staffs always work swiftly to serve the lines. I really don't mind waiting. While on the queue, what I had to witnessed was how unethical behavior of the senior staff or perhaps a manager. Wondering if she's well trained to lead. She was verbally rude to her staffs. Trying to digest the scenario, I came to realize other customers in queue too thought that's uncalled for. Does she knows that she's carrying the "brand"? I honestly believe she's not fit for the job. Good leaders, lead....not boss around. Although "Customers First" is the vital policy in service industry but remember we are human with sympathy and empathy. Doesn't even deserve 1 star but that's the least I can choose. 5 stars to staffs that prepare the orders with great patience.

The baristas were friendly, the drink did take some time because there were also grab food/ shoppee orders. It was a bit dark to sit in. But if you just want to do your work, its quite empty in the morning. The food selection is also good with local delicacies.

Just another Starbucks located in Shaftsbury. Parking is limited at the side as it is always full but there are more at the back. This area usually pack during weekdays and more peaceful during weekends, perfect place for to chill while having coffee.

Staff are very friendly and good.. place is always clean and we like to Work from here 😎

This Starbucks in particular is very calm and is in a very uncrowded area , the baristas are very friendly and the place is surrounded by all types of stores ( mamaks, convenience stores and restaurants etc) it’s also a good place to study or to get some work done since they have good tables and wall plugs .

I have to give my utmost respect and appreciation to ALIN. She has the greatest and friendliest smile and she remembers her customers. Even the drinks too. Thank you so much. Means a lot to me. There’s not a lot of people can serve other people right but you did a fantastic job. Highest of high fives to you! Most of the teams in Shaftsbury are amazing too. Kudos to all!

I ordered my favourite drink via Grab and requested for caramel drizzle instead of caramel syrup. The Barista did a wonderful job and attended to my request. Definitely made my morning a positive one!! Kudos Starbucks Shaftsbury team!!

Went there yesterday night with my partner to get to taste the new Blackpink Strawberry Choco Cream Frappucino. Very nice ambiance, calm and chill. The friendly Baristas made us a great Frappu, we likes it very much. It was a great experience at starbucks shaftbury cyberjaya. Thank you to Alin, Nizam and Gayathiri, you guys are awesome. ❤️❤️

Very pleasant experience with all the most welcoming and courteous staff namely Adriana. The place itself is certainly nice cosy and comfortable.

Starbucks paling best. Staffs were always friendly. The place was huge & comfortable. Toilet was CLEAN all the time. I always come here to do my work though so it’s recommended

Been coming to this Starbucks since the open. Service has been good until now. I really respect Starbucks on how the manage the staff and the service level.

Soooo good. So I ordered my Coffee Frap then got a bit distracted. Came back later and they said it had melted and made me a fresh one. Amazing service and the Frappuccino was DIVINE. The vibe is just chill and instagramable. Love this place!!

Friendly baristas, workers also seem to have a great relationship with each other. But damn, when you female workers get excited during work, the entire starbucks can hear you yelling and laughing. My Airpods with ANC mode on also can clearly hear your conversations Control your volume please🤣

Staff by the name of Abiid needs proper retraining. Ordered one frappucino at 2.14pm and only got my drink 15minutes later, and after 2 other customers who ordered after me get their drinks first.

A bit hot here, idk if they switched on all of their aircond or not .Good customer service by the crews but the drinks quality is a bit below average.

Employees are friendly. The space is cosy. Coffee is very bad, they need training on how to do milk froth. Wifi is desastrous. The pastry does not look fresh or sedap. A lot to improve..

I ve to wait for 1 hour for 2 cups of cofee...dreve thru service. I am already at the entrance..and yet 1 hour wasted. What a very slow service. Apa sudah jadi...

i love the ambience here. very comfortable to sit and have a cup of coffee while doing your work. the staff is okay, got few that are friendly. one thing i love the most is that it has lots of plug for me to charge my laptop and phone

I have dt sticker, but this outlet always forget to give discount and never ask if we have it or not. Also, i once received food that is hard than before like its already expired. Drink and service all okay.

Odered via grabfood 1 venti low fat decaf latte with caramel drizzle. My ordered beverage tastes like a venti low fat milk. I've ordered this before but this time the drink tastes like $hit. That's 1 awfully shoddy service and beverage that I paid for. Shame on you Starbucks Shaftsbury branch.

Somehow, this place is very cold for me. Have to wear jacket. Lots of parking behind the building & easy access. Convenience shop nearby

Due to the sop, the place at which customer going to take order is not being well designated, and one of the staff give instructions which lane to que in a rude way, and not only that,the overall experience is really bad, the way that one of the staff communicate with me is really bad, my previous experience with starbucks was always good but this one is bad,really bad

Had breakfast here at 8.43am on 31.12.2020 after drives 5 minutes from cyberjaya lake jogging.

Very nice and good ambient of Starbucks so far yang I pernah pergi. The barista explain to me the latest drinks that they have. Very details explanation and make customer wanna try the new drinks. Air dia pon chef kissed hahaha if u know u know sebab tak semua Starbucks akan ada rasa air yang sama 😏 But kudoss sebab air dia konsisten rasa dengan starbucks reserved 😊 Good job guys for keeping the standard!!
