Facilities: Well maintained gym equipment. Equipped with 2 air-con each floor but the air ventilation is very poor and steaming on the ladies floor especially there is no fan and the air-con is off all time except when I asked the staff then they switched 1 on, still it's suffocating without "okay" airflow. Also, bring your own mat for stretching, I found candy wraps on the floor one time. There is limited space for heavylifting (deadlift and squat) but some may find the smith machine compensable? You may ask for a barbell foam pad at the counter as well. (Didnt know until the lady staff offered, thank you very much!) Customer service: Not impressed. I only find the receptionist in the morning shifts and a lady staff are very helpful and friendly. Having people smoking in front of the gym with the door opens isn't cool as well. 2 stars for the location and well-maintained gym equipment. My friends and I enjoyed our first few workout sessions we went together, however its a turnoff to have people smoking, and ignorant staff. Despite of it, we genuinely looking forward to more improvements! 😎 All the best!

Place looks new and have lots of equipment. Staff at counter does not smile seems not interested in recruiting new clients. Not service oriented.

One star for the strategic location and one star for the equipment the gym have. Receptionist are not friendly at all (zero friendly environment). Even give me a face when I want to go upstairs and when I was done with my session.

Totally not worth RM10 entry fee. Staff is not friendly at all. Might need to add on some bar or dumbbell at second floor.

Totally lack of maintenance, run down. Gym is giving off humid odour. Barbells/handles/grips are rusted. One of the benches is spoilt, no attention given to it. Rubber weights are sticky, cushion is full of sweat smell. The cloth use for wiping the equipment is giving off bad odour. 2 star for well functioning equipment and strategic location, despite of all the drawbacks above. If you are after a well maintained and better hygiene environment, better off to another place.
