Stayed here for 3nights. Room is spacious with 2 double beds. But unhappy with the bathroom cleanliness. It was moldy and having dirt and hair at the floor trap there. Requested for room cleaning during the day and the stain on the bathroom floor was still there after we back in the evening. Hope they will improve on the cleaning service properly.

This is the best hotel in Seremban. Very efficient check-in and check-out. Staff at front desk were friendly and very efficient. Most importantly: rooms were super clean! Big and spacious. Love it!

I stayed 3 days last week and checked out because the bathrooms are too dirty ..the corners of everything is so dirty. The staff is very polite but looks like not well trained to clean . Before the entrance to the lift there is smoke smell everywhere. CAR PARK 5TH FLOOR IS A CIGARETTE FULL DIRTY PLACE!!! Polluted area ! My baby can't cross there 😩

The room is not clean enough for me and needs more cleaning on the toilet especially on the white side and the room must do paint renovation for the black spots to fix it.. Also the room has black stained pillow sheets and crumpled window curtains it spoils the view There is a sink hole and the bathroom is blocked - Cold air conditioner - No hot water for water in the sink only in the bathroom Over all is the price is worth it for the room size and breakfast but not for the cleanliness in the room

Stayed at deluxe room for 4d3n. 2 queen beds with eight pillows. Very comfortable. The already allocated my room at level 10 but managed to request for room at different level. Breakfast quite delicious. Varieties of foods. For 3 days, food almost the same. Very strategic location as situated in a shopping complex. Wheelchair friendly.

Tried to get in touch with sales dept. over the phone to ask about hosting a wedding reception. Twice I couldn't reach them. I even left my number and requested for them to call me back. Didn't hear a ring. Few days later, I went there in-person to inquire. They left my husband and I waiting for 30 mins and there was no "apologies for the wait" or "would you like schedule a proper appointment for next time?", no, not a word. Hubby and I just got up and walked out the door.

Need to improve on the food management at the Coffee house. Also the Security briefing ( During Training Session ) can be shortened to Key items only if needed messages could be sent through whatsapp messages to trainees.

Breakfast & dinner so delicious. The ballrooms is good for company to organize event.

Been here for a course in the ballroom. Very poor sound proof. Can hear talk from the next door room. U should know Ur ballrooms are not sound proof so please don't just prepare nearby rooms. Disappointed attendee

3 star hotel attached with Palm Mall Seremban, plenty covered parking at level 2,3,4 and basement car park. direct access to Palm Mall, make visitor and customer enjoy their shopping spree..

Twice experiance buffet breakfast with the cost of Rm25..definately its a done deal. The cheapest buffet breakfast in seremban so far. When Rm25 price are tag,u can expect less choices etc The day we arrived and paid the bill,the choices and sellection its beyond our imagination,choice of bread,choices of salad,choices of man course eg,selection of egg scramble n fried,bake bean,chicken sausage,nasi lemak,fried rice,mee soup n porridge.fruitsn coffee or tea. Its a must try

One of the good hotel near the area and can shopping until night and food is average and rooms also not bad.. in the middle of the night AC had a big noise like started a big timer..

Food is marvellous. the staff there is friendly and easy to communicate with. elevator all function well.. and bonus because connected with Palm Mall. gonna check in here again. doesn't take pictures here. cause too tired and too busy to do so. (business trip). RECOMMENDED.

Never expected this area to have nice accommodation. Large and nice room. His ballroom is also large and beautiful. Really close to the shopping centre and easy to access to the main trademark area in the city

Room spacious for 2 queen bed. Hotel attached to palm shopping mall so memang easy access to food. Makan senang, parking senang. If ada event dkt Seremban will definitely come again 👍

We had a 3-days-2-nights event in the hotel recently with about 160 pax. We must say we had a great time there, the food was tasty and fresh, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the person in charge was helpful and responsive, the price was also very reasonable. I went for Maulid Nabi Seminar (Yayasan Sofa N9) here . The food is marvelous!!! Sangatttt sedap. And the dessert abc, cendol, icecream, pudding....I broke my Keto guiltfree.

Room are large with 2 Queen beds. Very comfy and hotel is so close to the mall. Finding food is not a problem. Hotel parking is at lvl 5 for hotel guest. Tng card need to be endorse at lobby before driving out for zero parking charge. Room price are reasonable and staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast was just ok - average , nothing special. The star attraction is the hotel location. But the room house keeping have room for improvement.

Hotel Room is Big. The room I stay have 2 Beds and each bed like queen size if not mistaken. Hotel room price at the low side for this quality.

It was great everything seems to reopen now... And new shops are appearing as well

I like staying here. The room rates are pretty reasonable for me. The rooms are comfortable and well managed and well taken care of. The food at the cafe is also fine. But they need to improve their housekeeping services. I called to ask for extra toiletries, towels and condiments, but I never got them until I checked out. Apart from that, it's actually a nice place to stay if you want to be near to the Seremban town. Restaurants and shops are accessible nearby. You can even go to the Palm Mall which is sharing the same building with the hotel.

Hotel room was OK. Very strategic, located within a mall. Hotel breakfast was OK. Normal 3 star standard. Not many varieties but OK. 3 stars But the waiter in the coffee house especially in charge of the egg counter very proud. Ask for where to get soy sauce for half boiled egg, but end up just point me to a very sweet sauce. Ask another question, he no bother to answer. In fact I ask in BM

90% Good, room is very space, will iron n iron stand n hair dryer inside room. Chairs n quite big cupboard. With mall n foods surround. Only not tat happy with the bathroom. It's dirty surround the toilet bowl @cubicle n cluster at wall n corner of ceiling. Cleaning inside bowl only not enough need clear surround n cover of the bowl.also. N the manager En.Dzulkifli can be more friendly. N know how to give a smile. We say tq also no even a nod

It's situated at a very strategic spot. In the middle of the city close to Seremban 2 n Seremban city centre where all government offices are. The hotel is next to Palm Mall, a good shopping mall that offers great variety of popular shops n food outlets. KPJ Hospital is just across the mall within walking distance. And at night if u feel hungry, there's a few mamak restaurants very near by.

Staff: Very friendly and helpful even though it was busy on that day. Parking: At level 5 of the mall which is quite full during peak hours. TnG card need to has minimum balance of RM10 to enter. Park for free but TnG card has to be endorsed at hotel counter. Room: Deluxe room - spacious with 2 queen beds. Iron board is available but no iron provided. Bathroom : Clean. Have shower and toilet got hand bidet. Wifi: Very slow and always get disconnected. Location of the hotel is convenient as it is inside the Palm Mall.

Just an average mall. Got a few selection for apparel shopping and dining. The AEON section is quite small and expensive. The inventory selections seems like for an upscale household. Upstairs got cinema. Couldn't remember whether it's GSC or TGV....

Definitely a skip even at the prices they offer. I have stayed in backpacker lodges that are cleaner. From the moment you walk in you can see the bathroom is dirty and smells moldy. Hard to tell from the photos but once you are in there your self you will see. Beds were ok though. Shower had warm but not hot water and the washup basin is cold water only. Breakfast in the morning is also really really average well below what you can get at the local mamak.

The staff at the office were very helpful but they didn't have much tools to communicate with the HQ since they unable to reschedule the flight. They had an issue with their ticketing system and telecommunications. I had to call the Call Centre Couple of times by myself to get an agent to assist the Lion Air Semarang staff. According to the Lion Air Semarang staff they informed the only way they could communicate with HQ via email. Lion Air call center NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Called many times and was waiting for their simple response for them to retrieve my ticket information (17 minutes) Called again and kept hold for 30 minutes just to get my ticket information pull out! Very Very bad service by the call centre and gave wrong information where they told me to go to the Semarang Airport to pay the reschedule differences. As I got there they told me to go to Lion Air Office in Semarang instead. Wasted time and money. Total nuisance!!!

It was ok. Superficially, things looked ok, but a closer inspection of any part of the building showed flaws. The bathroom was mouldy, the tile grout black with mould, the ceiling mouldy, the light flickering, and so the list goes on. The restaurant looked ok, but the breakfast was COLD, beans, sausages, nasi lemak, eggs, rendang, everything was stone cold. These was a water leak in the restaurant, and the staff were obviously aware of it because there were towels rolled up under the canteen, but there was no sign, and no attempt to mop up the water or repair the leak, so an elderly lady slipped and fell and hurt herself. The service was also quite poor. Overall, despite being perhaps the biggest hotel in Sembilan, I think it's not a great place to stay, and certainly not for the money. Overpriced and neglected.

No much choices for shopping, the washrooms clean and tidy. The surau locate at parking space and some one from Muslim/ muslimat Community to take care. The smell from the carpet and air circulation is very uncomfortable. Or the building maintenance to look whatever needs of the Surau. Regrets

Check in experience - 4/10 No hospitality service. He seems arrogant than customer, no direction and insist customer to read the memo on the check in desk. Room - 6/10 Spacious room + comfortable pillow Dated design and furniture Breakfast - 5/10 Low cost breakfast Staff don't take serious guest request, ignore and walked away.

Good location in seremban. Alot of food here. Also can shopping here. If u visit here MUST VISIT THIS SHOP😍 68 OPTIC BESIDE AEON. GLASSES HERE GOT MANY CHOICE. AND AFFORDABLE PRICE. STAFF ALSO LOOK FRIENDLY AND PRETTY.
