A beautiful hotel and good efforts to make it kid-friendly = a nice kid pool, cute plastic cutlery and a little buffet corner for them. Courteous and professional staff - special thanks to Front Office Manager, Jeffrey. He is friendly and attentive - saw us loitering around the lobby (waiting for check in) and came to ask how he could help. Took the time to give us a mini tour around the hotel and recommended some nearby attractions. Food was really good for both the dinner and breakfast buffet with more emphasis on local food. Hence continental selection was limited but overall still a good spread. Cleanliness could be improved, there was hair on bathroom floor and toilet seat. There was odour on the pillows and dirt stain on pillow cases. Room temperature was warm during the day but got better at night.

Stayed for one night here. The splash pool was kinda fun for my kids. The in-room dining ribeye steak was really good, even at medium well. The breakfast buffet was really good too. But the check-in time was really late at 4pm though other hotels usually allow us to check in at 2pm or 3pm. Personally I won't go to this hotel again unless they allow us to check in earlier. But my kids had fun and the food was really good so hopefully they can allow us to check in earlier so I can come again next time.

Not sure how they are rated highly . Cons 1. Staff at the front desk should improve on etiquette . Some are rude and disinterested in helping or answering Customers 2. Huge place with little things to do I.e., no sauna, no spa , no steam room, no snooker.. only 2 decent pools. 3. No bar, whether it’s in renovation or whatever, there isn’t one 4. Overrated stay.. rooms are old and not nice furnished 5. They charge on water provided, if you need more! It being 5 stars and with high prices per night , how much is the cost of a bottle of water from the filter? 6. No free parking 7. Layout is a mess, no maps and limited sign board Pro 1. Breakfast is good, the only thing I can say it’s worth it.

I had a great and wonderful experience staying in DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya. Me and my wife planned to had a vacation and this was a great memories for us as a family moment. I enjoy the breakfast. They offer variety choices of foods. The interior design is amazing. You can either enjoy your food near splash pool or want to have it near lake view or inside the restaurant. They have children seat. There are 2 pools which is splash pool (7am - 7pm) and open pool (7am - 8pm). I had tried both. If you want to take your kids to enjoy theme park pool experience while you take a break. This is the place for you. The lobby is at B1 (lower ground) , it quite a distance for elder people visitor to walk through parking to lobby. You need to validate your parking ticket at reception and ticket machine before you can check out. The parking fee is RM5 (flat rate) if you stay at the hotel. The hotel officer, staff and crew are incredibly helpful. The room price is quite expensive but matches with the quality of the room, food, location wise and stay experience. It worth for the 2nd visit.

Hospitality at the best! Everything was perfect here. From your arrival at the hotel lobby to having a splash in family kids friendly pool area while dining to their 5 stars restaurant. Absolutely excellent experience for me and my family in general. Nice location and easy access via Putrajaya - Dengkil highway. Ample parking space with plenty of parking space available in the hotel compound. Room was in excellent condition which will be suit with your family size. Big shout out to all their outstanding staff member for all the hardworking and passion towards their work. Highly recommended for all. Totally worth your money and time spend here.

Went yesterday for the Valentine's semi buffet. Made reservation for 8.30pm. Upon arriving, most of the buffet food is empty without replenishing. We got 5 choices of main courses, was planning to order lamb rack. However the lamb rack already finished. They should have think about this, all the menu should be available because we already booked a week prior. Decided to order short ribs and waited for an hour plus. The main course arrived at 9.40 pm. The closing time is 10pm so we only have 20 mins to eat??? They didn't serve us drink, only a glass of cold water throughout the whole dinner without refill. 4-5 customers next to us complained about the overcooked short ribs. The table next to us didn't eat the salmon. Some of them even returned it back to the kitchen. The meat was rubbery and the portion is small. Is it worth the money? No. Will I come again? No.

Amazing Quick Blast at DoubleTree Putrajaya Arrival Arrived around 150PM. Ample parking (RM5/entry if your staying here). Went to the lobby for registration. Registration was fast. Room was not ready. Waiting around 10 – 15 minutes for the room. Deluxe Room Got both rooms side by side: at Block 3 (2nd floor). Room was small but layout was OK. It has tiny balcony. Cool 2 + 1 sofa with big dining table. King bed was decent. Good pillows I might add. TV channel are OK. Bath was big size: no tub. Standing shower was good. There is a power table and stool too. Overall lighting was good and the aircond was cold. Being Diamond Honors allow you to utilize the ultra fast WIFI internet throughout the hotel and you are entitled for eve cocktail for 2. Eve Cocktail The Executive Lounge was still closed due to the Covid SOP. So they serve the eve cocktail at the café near the lobby. Ambiance was cozy and relax. The food was nice. Coffee was amazing. Crew in charge was friendly and attentive. Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch at Makan Kitchen Nice layout with friendly, attentive and well-motivated staff. Good menu set and choice. Food tasted good. Love the coffee too. Price was decent for lunch and dinner. Being a Diamond allows you to get 25% off (super bargain!). Surroundings There are kids pool with slides and all. Good avenue to keep your kids occupied. There is a small infinity pool overlooking the lake. Overall Overall had a great time. Amazing turn down service and Diamond welcome treat (which they setup for both rooms). Staffs were friendly and attentive. Thank you to the friendly and supper attentive Victoria from Makan Kitchen. Mr Jeffrey and his team at front desk was cool too. Keep it up!

I stayed here for one night and I must say the hotel is really nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are business type but they are fine. The bathroom was big, I couldn’t hear noise outside my room, the bed was comfortable. The rooms are nicely designed and modern. The bathroom even had Crabtree products which were really nice and smelled great ! I was very impressed with the morning buffet. The food options are crazy. Yo y will find a lot of food options from around the world. The view of the lake is a plus.

Very strategic location, lakeside and trees provide additional panoramic views. Clean hotel area, facilities too. The pool is nice and very suitable for bringing children here. The food is average taste, but plenty of choice.

After the refurbishment and take over by Hilton Group from Pullman, the hotel rooms was upgraded looking new and good. Room were spacious and clean for King Deluxe Room however bathroom is smaller and tight. Could have improve on the bathroom size then would be perfect! Some areas of the hotel is still under renovation and closed. Hopefully it will be re-open soon during our next visit. Hotel staffs service was great, friendly & well trained. Recommended to visit with family and kids as it is a family friendly hotel.

Friendly staff, bed is comfortable, room is clean. Except the toilet is slippery, need to be extra careful. My son fell in the toilet. Luckily no serious injury. The pool is the best! My kids enjoyed it very much. Variety of food choices for breakfast, didn't manage to taste all of it because my kids cant wait to go for swim again. Will definitely repeat to stay here, wish to taste more food during breakfast. At night time, can go around Putrajaya, a lot of beautiful nearby places to visit.

Wow!! Impeccable service from the moment we stepped onto the property! Such friendly staff from the security to the check in staff to the guy who offered us a quick tour of the pools to the restaurant staff. Can't say enough about how we were all impressed by everyone and their willingness to go above and beyond. We enjoyed the infinity pool, adult only pool and breakfast and lunch at their restaurant. Quality food plus service, can't ask for more! We were amazed by the food options from different countries. We only stayed one night before heading home as it was closer to the airport but we all wished we could've stayed longer as this is such a beautiful area and the hotel was so impressive.

This is the best 5 star hotel thus far with wonderful services which deserves a big shout out. Truly appreciate for the free complimentary of hi-tea sets (applicable for executive room & above). Smooth check in-out, in fact all the staff from reception, bell boy, chefs, restaurants are very nice and providing top notch services. Feel very welcomed here and had wonderful breakfast - variety choices, offered with flavoured teh tarik (very2 nice), staff very attentive and friendly, smiling all the time, greets, good eye contact, thoughtful. We are definitely grateful for that and will repeat again in future. It's not easy to get a five stars hotel with such kindness of staff. They also had a good swimming pool for kids and cycling activities to fulfill our day. Hope can open up the close area for more wonderful lake view& dining experience. I recently stayed at this hotel and have mixed feelings about it. First of all, the location is quite far, making it inconvenient unless you specifically desire a peaceful setting. However, I must commend the service staff, particularly Kimi from the front office, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the food was subpar, and to make matters worse, the breakfast staff were not helpful and even displayed rude behavior. This definitely put a damper on my overall experience. In conclusion, while the hotel offers a tranquil atmosphere and excellent service from certain staff members like Kimi, the negative aspects such as the inconvenient location and unpleasant breakfast experience cannot be overlooked.

One of the best. Everything was awesome level. I never get bitten by any mosquito which I experienced at other resorts. My kids enjoyed the water splash and swimming pool. Food fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will repeat again to stay

After a 2 hr flight, a 14 hr flight, a 7 hr layover , and then an 8 hr flight we finally arrived at the hotel at 7 am local. Needless to say we were tired, hungry, and feeling a little disorientated. The staff there were GREAT. Everyone we saw or spoke to wanted to help. They did their best to get us into a room early. (A very nice upgrade at that.) Even though they had a last minute booking of 54 rooms and were full. Staff made you feel as if you were family and just arrived home after a long trip. Hard to put in words but everyone there let you know they really cared about your situation and were doing everything they could to help. Want to return to Kuala Lumpur and can't stay anywhere else. I have stayed at many Hilton properties and am a Diamond member. There was a noticeable difference here.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Although there was only one elevator per wing that i am aware for public use and can be a bit of a wait during peaks hours, especially during check outs. Breakfast buffet was excellent and delicious. Choices were more than enough. The pool and splash pool was good but can be quite full in the morning. Well recommended and will certainly come back again if given the chance.

Booked a weekend stay for my parents to celebrate my father s birthday and it was one of the best experiences they had. As I am overseas I called ahead and asked the person at the check in counter to please make sure my parents won’t have any trouble checking in as the booking and payment were made by my husband. En. Syazwan (who I found out is the manager) not only waited, eased the checking in, he even personally went back later to make sure my parents were happy with the room they selected because the hotel couldn’t provide the suite that I booked as there’s an air conditioning problem (which I truly appreciate the honesty and hope they resolve asap). The hotel gave my parents one similar suite eventhough not as awesome. They also did make it up by giving complimentary gift which truly warmed their hearts…food is our love language! I was super grateful! The amenities are remarkable the services were superb it was beyond expectations!

A great place to bring your family. This hotel has 3 swimming pools (Rooftop, lakeside and splash (one with the slides)). The breakfast buffet is awesome, but better to go early around 7-8 am, as it can get crowded.

I was here for 5 days training at Puteri 1 room. I like everything about this hotel. The parking was convenient. The food at makan kitchen was amazing. Even during raining, the hotel staff ensure there was a temporary canopy looks like a tunnel for us to cross. I will definitely come to bring my children along.

We brought our kids here to have a short getaway. We really have great time here and we like the peaceful atmosphere here. The staffs were friendly with superb hospitality. This is definitely great for family or couples. We enjoyed good dinner and breakfast served by their Makan Restaurant. The room and washroom were both clean with comfy linen and towel. We really enjoyed our 2nights staycation. Booked Suite 2 bedrooms with complimentary hi tea at executive lounge. Everything was great. Great splash pools for younger kids. Got arcade & games room. Breakfast has wide spread. Lunch was semi buffet & limited selection but reasonable price. Staff are well trained. Definitely will come again

The Rooms and Food is Excellent. Its a great place for Family and Kids to relax and play at the water park. However, the service is really poor, when arrival at the lobby, you have to open your own doors with your hand full with luggage; some receptionist is not willing to assist guest for check-in; the staff in the Kitchen Makan is not happy to serve you or have no response. This really leave a bad impression for the stay in a 5-star hotel.

We having a pleasant stay with family. Having dinner as well at cafe, shout out to all F&B staff. Check in process is excellent, and fast. Greeting with warm cookies, kid enjoy it. Thank you There is 2 thing to be highlight 1. Kids room, should be open everyday instead only weekend. Since the other games room nothing much. 2. HOUSEKEEPING - need to be improve. Need to be wait half hours for change towel on second day, since we don't need clean up the room, just change the towel.

i love the foods spread during dinner and breakfast. the room has a little bit smell (wet smell). The check-in process is quite slow. the rest all are awesome. my kids enjoy playing in the splash pool! definitely will comeback soon.

Overall experience was really good. The dinner buffet spread for western and malay cuisine was superb. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were first allocated at building 5 i think but there was no water supply. So they changed our room promptly with complementary fruit basket, a very thoughful gesture. The place was very serene and quiet. Good getaway from busy kl.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! Am absolutely impressed with the architecture and design of the hotel! Loved the gym and pool facilities, although the lakeside pool was a tad too dirty but lucky there’s the rooftop pool which is only for adults for a quiet swim. The gym is very impressive too with the state-of-the-art equipment. Had buffet dinner at the Makan kitchen and it did not disappoint, prices are reasonable too. The staff is friendly & helpful, I forgot my wedding band in the room after checkout and they managed to locate it & informed me for collection, very thankful 🥹 looking forward to come back here to stay again!

I dun really enjoy writing low-rating review indeed. But, I think I have to. I m a gold member and got an upgrade indeed. But, service itself was average. The room was very outdated. I killed a cockroach inside my room and there were other insects in my room too. The air-con was horrible. I turned on to 18 degree. I was sitting there for over three hours but is still around 26-27 degree. Then, I called them to solve this issue. I waited for half hour but no one came. The temperature dropped a bit lower to 25.x degree. It was pretty warm over that night. What’s more? When I slept on the bed, my eyes felt itchy. While I was sleeping, I got a few bites on my leg as well. Overall, very bad experience that I wouldn’t go there again.

Enjoyed our family staycation here. Super friendly staff from reception to restaurant. Recommended to stay on weekend (Friday Saturday) because of their superb buffet dinner. Other days are just semi buffet with limited choice of main course. Kids splash pool is definitely a win. Roof top pool and pool facing Putrajaya lake is definitely calming with great view. Small note to the hotel: to enforce proper swimming attire to all guests who wants to use the pool(s). We witnessed guests wearing t-shirt/ tracksuits - it shouldn't be for such luxury hotel.

They really have a good service and we had an amazing room upgrade as we celebrated our special occasion for a week. The restaurant is very nice with a wide variety to select from. 1. It would have been nice if the hotel offered more entertainment options for guests. 2. The hotel is old and needs a lot of renovations

It's not a new built building, it has been renovated, or should say the hotel is still under renovation. A lot of the rooms or buildings are still available yet. The makan kitchen, the gym... are ready. The infinity pool is ready, the kids's splash pool is also ready. The rooftop pool is not ready yet. The suites are not ready yet. It's a very unique property, covering a big area. Kids will have plenty of places to wander Round. It has very nice view, right beside a big lake. Good if you are a nature lover.

Pool was awesome for kids. Room was so, so spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread has a wide selection.

The staff were all kind and tried to comply with my request as much as possible. The bed was spacious, and the bedding in the room was so good. Breakfast at Makan Kitchen was so satisfying. In particular, the children loved the mint chocolate chip flavor in the ice cream corner. ..At 11 o'clock, the staff started disinfecting the children's pool.

The food is great. Taste delicious. Just it takes a long time to wait and serve us. Probably they are lack of staffs due to MCO previously. The staffs are friendly though. Problem is the parking to lobby is far and no direct access. They told me that the hotel still under renovation. Hopefully the access to the parking is in the plan. At the moment, need to drop everything at the entrance before the parking and park the car. Plus, the parking for guest is charge at RM5 per entry. Activity also limited. With small infinity swimming pool. Splash pool is good, but need to book time slot. View and room are amazing. No spa or sauna as still under construction. Hope the hotel can add on more activity. Need to wait for the renovation to be completed.

Amazing place. The hotel has been 99% refurbished by Hilton. The room is perfect although no bath tub and you may not get a view for standard rooms. Great for a family holiday especially for smaller kids. Thanks to the splash pool, the kids will surely have a great time. Easily one of the best Doubletree in malaysia. Thumbs up.

I came here recently for a one night staycation and celebration. First time since they became DoubleTree. The place is charming, beautifully close to the lake with pretty excellent views. We have always been fans of DoubleTree because of the service, and this one is no different. Great service. However what I really enjoyed here was the in-room dining. Hands down one of the best room service I've had. The food didn't take too long, and they were super delicious!

Nice hotel. Kids friendly hotel. The check in smooth but the room lack of instruction on where to locate the in house dining menu, how to use the Tv etc, need to explore blindly yourself, until we call counter to check. Water theme park Ok but need some maintenance especially on the toddler park, not all the items can function. Breakfast is good. One thing for family room the bathroom is slightly small for family and for parents to bath their kids inside the shower area.

The hotel definitely aiming at family crowds. With the splash pool, undoubtedly it was a hit. However, considering the hotel is new, I found that a portion of the splash pool was already damaged. Saw some handymen around and figured that this former Pullman hotel turned Double Tree is still undergoing refurbishment. The breakfast spread is really good. Better than Doubletree Hilton definitely. Would I go here again? Most probably yes. Kids enjoyed the place and all of the swimming pool. Didn't get to go the one on the rooftop. It was closed. Hope this hotel maintain their facilities so that it can sustain for long.

Great experience staying in DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya. Nice breakfast with local and western variety. Nice splash pools for the kids and kids having a lot of fun. Also nice view from the adult swimming pools toward the putrajaya lake view. Room decoration and room facilities is well design and well maintain. Service hospitality is wonderful. Great for a short getaway trip for exploring cyberjaya and putrajaya.

Stayed here for one night as we needed to get some things done at the immigration office early in the morning. We opted for dinner & breakfast package for convenience and to make the most of our short stay. My son enjoys playing at the splash pool and got to sample some burgers for free from the poolside cafe. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Food at Makan restaurant where great and enjoyable. Definitely a good 5 star service at this hotel!

Stay here for my son birthday, He really enjoyed the Big Splash Pool. Its so comfortable to enjoy the pool as most of the guest are family with kids. The room a bit small but neat and cosy. Very nice lake view from the hotel. 5 stars service.

Arrived at 2.30pm but only managed to get our room at 5.30pm. They were understaffed at the time & were still cleaning rooms til 7pm+. Other than that, the service was great, the room had a modern look to it and the kiddie pool is definitely the highlight of the hotel. During check-in, they gave complimentary choc chip cookies & while waiting for the room to be ready, they had a beverage stand filled with complimentary drinks (coffee, tea, mineral water & canned drinks). You can also rent pedal go karts & bicycles to cycle around the hotel. Overall would definitely come back here (hopefully with less waiting time!). Mobile reception in the room was bad (i used maxis).

Nice hotel at the Putrajaya Lake, room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast buffet was great veriety and tasty. The splash pool for kids is awesome but may need a proper lifeguard as the kids always climb the slides. Anyways otherwise the hotel is great for family short getaways.

The food was so good at there! I literally woke up early so that I can get a taste of all their meals for breakfast buffet. Same goes to lunch and dinner buffet. The staffs were super friendly too. Rooms with a nice view, if blessed enough then can witness the Putrajaya Bridge with colourful lights.
