This hotel is located in an industrial site. Around the area, it has many foreigners. Room - poor ventilation (I stayed in a single-bedded room with no windows), on my arrival, the room stinks and its smell was smokey. The blanket and towel had stains on top of it. Bathroom - the toilet seat has a non-removable stain on it. Air-conditioning - on my first day, the man who took me to the room, says there's only 1 remote control for the whole place, which I knew was ridiculous. On day 2, I inform the receptionist that I was going to stay there for a week, and that's when I got the air-con remote to myself. Room access card- each time you're out from your room, and when you want to get back to the room, it must be scan at the reception before going back to your room. Yes, I made them open the access until I made my check out because I felt its such a hassle. Water - there is no kettle for hot boiling water, only a water dispenser at the corridor of all the rooms. TV- I only has access to 2 channels (TV3 and NTV7) both with poor reception. Cupboard - if you wish to have a cupboard for people, at least prepare us with some hangers which there was NONE at all. Receptionist: I don't recall their names but there's one who attended to me when I arrive (29/6/19 10.55pm), she was helpful and kind. She was able to assist me and direct me of the routes I wish to know. On the other hand, there was another (6/7/19 2.30pm) who could not even put a smile on her face and was talking on the phone via her earphones. I think as a front liner, please smile to your customers and make them feel welcome not as if we owe you anything but that's basic! If you have any intention to check out later than 12noon, there's a surcharge of RM20/hour.

It's in an area best described as 'jin bertendang', but at least the room is clean. Seriously though, please consider the customers and stop smoking and drinking in front of the hotel. You're at work and there were kids around, it gives a bad reputation to your workplace and towards customers. Disgusting.

Stayed here for a day due to my mom's appointment at hospital selayang the next day. Paid RM 83.00 for a deluxe double bed. Bathroom was clean and room were neat too. No smells or no cigarette ashes like before . Overall room was big and good for a night during this pandemic situation.

Dirty bathroom, super piss poor receptionist, dirty sheets and comforters. Family went in before us had problem with the air conditioning, they changed their room and the new room had a black out and another customer complained key card was unusable. Not recommended unless you're super desperate.

Many services and facilities could be improved. There should be more than one bathing towel given to the twin room guests, wifi signals should be stronger, TV settings/tuning must be improved also.

Room is big but not properly maintain. Water heater at 3rd floor without pump so water pressure is weak. Overall hotel is OK with lift unfortunately really poor housekeeping.

Located at industrial area, but other convenient is not hard to find, mamak warung also nearby, KK Mart& 99 speedmart as well The room was big, good WiFi.. Inside the room, they provide kettle & small cup but no coffee mix / tea. It’s not a big problem Water pressure is not too high. Yes, cleanliness should be improved, the toilet especially. Maybe the housekeeping is a male...

The worst oyo hotel that I have been. No lift service, no iron box, asked for extra pillows they don't have and out of everything, the room bed got bugs and cockroach. The receptionist also very poor in answering our questions and blamed the management.
