Slow x1000 service,so bad, although not peak hour and not too much ppl

Dulu okay, but makin lama their supervisor is just like equivalent to a regular employee. Not strict, slow service, their cashier just sit down and take orders only and not prepairing the food and let 1 person only to prepair the food, in fact that person is like a person who often washes the dishes. Ergh

Very disappointed with the service,long queue...very2 slow.staff speed need to improve. after waited so long i get my order wrongly n need to turn back to the counter.the staff just simply give my order which they missout without say any words of appologize.this is not acceptable.no manner at all after u waited for sooo long!!! Wanted to give half star. Slowest service. Manager dilly dally pretending to sweep but not assisting with long que and. Terrible, ignorant and only 1 counter to serve all. Que for order is nearly 20mins per customer.

The workers know people are sitting and eating, but they do cleaning and rearranging the chairs, creating irritating noise. They pulling the chairs, people want to eat also no mood. Idiots.

If there is option for no star, i will choose no star.. Bad service.. i saw so many complaint but yet no improvement. Mamak faster compare than this so called fast food.. Not so many customer but too slow. Only one person preparing order. Not enough staff..

Quite spacious with upstairs sitting. Located right in the center of the town so parking is a bit limited.

The closing time for this restaurant was said to be at 12am. However, this place is ready to close by 10.30pm. Why cheat customers. Why not just update the closing time as 10pm just like the other branches.

Selling slow foods instead of fast foods, hired so many employees and services still slow and bad af (not first time)

They hv lots of order but only one person do the work. Manager didn't help at all. Cashier the one who do the order, the cashier.

I went there for a take away at about 12.30 pm considered during lunch break. There was only one supervisor at the counter taking and dispensing orders and one food preparer. Had to wait for about 5 minutes before we can just to place order. When I wanted wedges, I was told that there is no stock even though it was listed on the menu. The supervisor's tone of voice was rude and unfriendly. 👎👎👎

I want to give feedback, please be aware of this。 I ate at this restaurant last night, and I was discriminated against by the staff there, and we stood at the counter for a long time. They looked at us and didn't ask us what we wanted to eat, until they saw people of their own race and immediately asked each other. .. I am so angry, even KFC has to be racist?

Slow service... However, the fried chicken is the best..

Then there is 2 parking for the drive thru but it was parked by grabfood and foodpanda drivers. The i was forced to find parking else which end up fail to find parking and had to illegal park. After that only a staff able to notice my car then only i able to get my order. So i think defeats the purpose of the drive thru. Are they paying the parking spots for grabfood and foodpanda to park or for customer to drivethru? *The staff is polite enough to apologize for the inconvenience. But i hope they can be improve on these services.

Worst service by KFC staff. I had a fly in my cup. No aircond upstairs. Requested a spoon but never rcvd. Food quality bad. Ordered jelly which was frozen. Never will come to KFC bcoz of this branch represntation of bad service staff…

The new park and takeaway system is so much easier for customers. But the outlet didn't make sure the reserved parking spaces aren't blocked by non customers. Malaysian still love to double park despite plenty of available parking spaces. Update: 2nd April 2022 Since we are in endemic period with new SOP, KFC is still trying to keep the take away crowd in limited numbers. A good practice since the dine in crowd is getting bigger now.

Provide drop off and pick up food services which is very convenient

Hope the management change this outlet manager. She working too slow and unprofessional. She serve customer like mamak shop waitress.she don't know how to teach and manage her staff. I waited almost twenty minutes to order, even though there were only two customers in front of me. chili sauce is not even provided. when asked by the staff for an empty container and ask to take it yourself from the sauce container. I am not satisfied with the service provided by this outlet.
