It’s very unfortunate that I can’t rate them any higher than one star. The facility itself is very typical average gym and there is nothing wrong with that. What brings them down is unfortunately the staff. They seriously have to learn how to approach a member without letting them feel judged. Some of them seems like they think that they are better than everyone. Seriously just because you work at a gym does not mean you are the toughest person there.

Too crowded around 5-7 pm. Equipment is decent, a lot ppl hogging at the spot/ machines. Quitting this month after 1 year of membership, because I'm tired of avoiding crowd by going at non peak hour even thou I paid rm200 monthly for it. The consultant doesn't bother to understand why I'm quitting, totally different attitude compare to asking me to join. If you're coming to join body pump class, don't bother. You'll need to come 30min early to secure a spot. And 1 hour earlier if wan a spot at the back if u shy. Because they have friends who help others to put equipments to secure a spot.

When we go to gym we expect to see positive vibe and feel motivated. bad move to allocate the most demotivated, impolite, slow and irresponsible guy at the check in counter. Please don't stay at the frontline if you don't feel like to answer customer question. Even the contracted cleaner were more friendly than you!

Lousy maintenance , missing Equipment parts , Steambath room been out of service more then 6 months yet now still couldn't functioning well . Very too disappointed !!

The manager attitude is worse. I dont recommend people to come to this branch. Had a few problem with the manager and the manager is really rude with his attitude towards their clients. I hope that Fitness First will look into it.

Male steam room has been down for months... Some yoga mates are terribly worn..still being hanged for use.. Hope they can improve..

Equipments are old, some of the staffs are very not friendly and overall one of the worst gym I ever been

Contacted them since April, but no one willing to take up the responsibility, slow reply I understand but nothing useful in the email, waited for weeks to get an email said they forwarded my email to another team, and then from then on no news at all. Quite horrible to get nothing at all since April till now, like literally nothing.

Bad service from the management of this Setia Alam branch. I was just seeking help to check with the cleaner because I left my gold earring in the ladies. No one is bothered to call back after I left few messages with the First Fitness customer service hotline. But when come to membership sign up, the management is very fast response! The bath towel is yellowish and wear out.

Closed on same time with the mall which i expect they can open at least until 12am so easy for people can come especially during this pandemic situation since most of other time, lot of people..very frustrating on the closing time!!!

No towel given No Steam room resume Beverage are taken away starting 9pm or sometime earlier than that too bad...no worth to join if you are thinking to this club or ff
