Newly visit last night for play badminton with Chester Properties Colleague. Place nice and also can see around outside view at nights with colorful lights.

Court not bad. But the toilet tho. Sheeshh. No flush, bad condition no cap.

SO RUDE. The boy PICKUP THE PHONE AND CURSE ME "BABI LAH JGN CALL!" I didnt even start asking anything ad he just curse me and end the call. What the problem tho?

Good training and casual play courts. Courts at the sides are fortunate enough to get chairs. The courts at the center do not have enough space to fit chairs to rest. Convenient to call and book as well. Always bring your own water if possible as hydration options can be slightly pricey.

Spacious badminton hall with plenty of courts. The playing surface and lighting are also good. Ventilation could be better in some parts of the hall. Now in Covid time, SOPs are in place. Downside: Despite the No-Smoking signs on the walls, you will still get some people who smoke and there's no surveillance being done.

Big room, so many courts. Price quite cheap, place not hot.

The Staff is good and fine. But the Quality of the court is Normal. Net should be replaced New. Its only suitable place if you want to play for fun with your friend.VERY Recommended But for Tournament, NOT Recommended.

Overall is good, just if you are muslim and wanted to pray, the surau is shared (men & women). Need to take turn

I went here a couple of times already playing badminton. During the pkpp season, it is opened for everyone to play. Of course you have to book the court first by calling them or you will have to wait if you try to go walk-in. The air ventilator is nice and you don't feel too stuffed being in there. The court is in good condition. But I suggest to put obvious vending machines because there are no accesible place to get water and there are no place nearby to buy water also. So if you plan on going here, DON'T forget to bring water with you.

Plenty Terengganu ol' folks dish available. Singgang ikan, daging, sotong, etc. Also available is various bread, pizzas, etc.

Recommended. Suitable for exercise, training & enjoy play with friends. More courts. More parking lot. Moderate price. Better call first for booking before u go there.

Good environment for playing badminton. Big space. Have almost 60 badminton court and 2 futsal court if I am not mistaken. Clean toilet and great services. You also can buy shuttlecock here.

That lady yang in charge customer service for booking is really rude. Ask her to repeat the court number because the way she talk sound lazy and also mumbling. She repeated the number but with high tone (rude way of replying) Tak minat engage dengan client jangan sibuk nak kerja customer service, pickup call. Kerja dengan machine kalau tak boleh nak cakap elok2. Worst customer service ever.

Train your counter staff how to talk with customers first ,very rude! they think what ? We are playing for free ah? The way they’re answering for our questions is like we are asking them to borrow some money , the girl and boys everyone is same I called and asked for 8-10pm booking the boy said kan Tadi saya cakap tak ada in very very rude manner I replied bila masa you cakap I baru call he cut the and I tried to call back and barring voicemail literally blocked me what is this tropicana? Badminton is a professional game ask them to be professional very worst management

I have no problem with the court, the toilet and the other things... But the thing that bothers me was the counter staff... It's not like I am being a "Karen" or am I the only one experiencing this?it's just that they are both being so rude, no manners, no attitude, don't know how to greet customers, muka macam mintak penyepak.. just at least pretend in front of the customers like put some smile on your face, talk like a person that got "common sense". Other than that, when my friends and I try to communicate with them, they just give us a "side eye".. the heck? It's been months since I got there, and I just want to write a review here. That's all. Just train the staff to be more polite and friendly.
