Dirty room with oily floor, dirty blanket and bedsheet. Window fully with dust. Tv no function. Cannot switch on. Service fail. At midnight customer from other room knocking the door and passing an iron to my room. Around 6am, same situation someone else knocking the door to take back the iron. Is it Im stay at hotel or dorm? No privacy!

To start on a positive note, I'd say the price is cheap and affordable, so you'd be able to stay on a longer period of time without hesitation. But as the price is less, so is the service and condition of the room. The room is not very clean, pillows are too used, and the bed is filled with dust. For the bathroom, the shower head water flow is so bad we couldn't take a shower. When we ask for a room service, all they did was make our beds. Btw the surrounding of the hotel is also not clean as all the trash are piled just right beside the entrance. the This might be okay for work based visit but wouldn't be recommended for vacations. It's better to just spend a little more and get a better hotel.

Booked 3 weeks prior.. went there and was told the standard bed that I booked was fully occupied.. initially offer family (3person room) which cost 110/day(extra rm30/day), but we hesitated .. in the end we were offered king room with extra rm5 a day compared to booking price.. went in the room and was greeted with cockroaches.. room is smelly, bed and pillow extremely strong cigarette smell At night it’s very noisy Aircond leaking Not recommended.. not worth the price

There were a few things that really disappointed here in this small hotel.. 1) The pillow was so dirty and seem like a 1000 years never changed. 2) The TV's was not functioning at all. 3) There were ants everywhere 4) The shower heater was not function at all 5) The water tap at sink was so slow 6) The bed sheet was dirty too Pro's The receptionist girl was good and always smiles. Keep up the good spirits girl. Tq

The hotel is dirty and filthy, the front desk asked me to top up cash since the booking online was too cheap.. went to the room it was filthy and full of cockroaches, asked to change room and gave me a family room and was asked to top up even more cash, the replacement room was filthy as well I checked out the refuse to refund the cash I top up also no receipts given so we can’t prove we paid extra. Do not stay at this place it looks more like a red light district hotel compared to a proper hotel, bedsheet full of stains and hair… save your money book any other hotel or OYO hotel. I ended up walking out within an hour and they refused to refund anything.

The room is very dirty. The bed sheet,pillow,blanket got many hairs. The water heater also cannot function anymore. The floor feel like oily

I have made a payment on the oyo app. but why (pakistani man) is very rude. he told me to add another payment at the counter of 22 ringgit. or cancel and booking payment will be forfeited. unclear conversation and I do not understand. so I had no choice but to pay because it was already dark at night to stay. Please let me know in advance if there is an additional fee. very bad service. the toilet is very dirty. The air conditioner is broken and cannot be adjusted. K last came here. So bad 😔

The receptionist (indian lady i guess) ask to pay extra money because the room price is too cheap in online booking. They even ask us to cancel the booking if we doesn't want to pay the extra charges. The room & toilets was terrible dirty. They didnt change the bedsheet & pillow case. We booked for 2 days but just stay one night. Couldnt stay longer with that kind of room condition. Very disappointed.

Not worth it. Booked 2 units of king sized room. When arrived, one room is okay, the other room, its water heater for shower is not working. Got to change to another room but queen sized room, but the prize remained same. The new room, its sink in bathroom is not secure and easily fall at anytime.

Family room is very spacious fit for 5 accupants. Justifiable for a RM110/day at time of check in. Very friendly service staff. An enjoyable stay for one night 👍👍👍👍👍

The slippery floor, the toilet, the bed.. tv not working, the internet not working, no keattle in the room even no glass.. the keattle and iron have to ask from front desk.. when ask about iron, they said already taken, but they dont have log book.. so what if next time i go the, take the iron and bring back home without no one knows.. demmit.. sorry, wont go there anymore..

I booked the room by Traveloka for rm46 but the receptionist asked me to pay additional RM16 or he will cancel my booking. I never had an experienced like this anywhere before.

If there is something less than one star I will rate you even my stay deserved to be rated by negative assessment there is nothing was good there .the room was not clean there was water leaking in bathroom Internet was not working . And the stuff speaking in bad way ( informed me that we have and you must expect that and no solution for your problem if you want stay or leave the hotel )

The room smells like dust and the surrounding of the hotel is unhygenic the lobby smells bad found 3 dead roaches 😣on the floor also the table looks recked the sofa is also tored not being picky but i don't prefure this hotel if ur going on a holiday but other than the AC works well the water pressure is nice although had to ask for towels .
