I give it a C for the meaning of the bathhouse - steam and steam room. Was on 02/17/2019 at 14:00 there was no steam, one might say, not at all. But externally the bathhouse is pleasant with good repairs and pleasant service. This is probably the worst steam so far from the Moscow baths I have visited.

There are not enough stars to rate this place, I give it 6 stars out of five. The best bathhouse I have ever been to, many thanks to the bathhouse attendants, they made it just a holiday))) I recommend it, for soul and body!!!!!!

I like it! I was here for the first time and tried the spa program, incl. Peeling, wrapping and massage. The massage therapist Irina worked with me and did everything very professionally. I planned to relax for a couple of hours, but in the end I stayed until 23))) From the bottom of my heart!

I steamed from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much for such a great steam. The bath attendant shared the secrets of steaming a broom. We added different herbs in the steam room every steaming session, which was for a minute, according to the schedule, and at the call of the bell. I recommend improving your health and evaporating all your problems. After this bath, all sad thoughts disappeared

I really liked the bathhouse: clean, tidy, quite spacious, good gazebos for drinking tea/chatting, a wide range of services, extra time to change clothes. What is also important is the very convenient location - literally 2 steps from the metro. But most of all I liked the steam bather Oksana!!! I was on her shift twice! Oksana creates a wonderful atmosphere in the steam room, charges you with her positivity, openness, and ringing laughter!!! And what kind of steam Oksana makes - super!!! I will come to the bathhouse again and try to get on Oksana’s shift)) I recommend visiting the Tsaritsyn baths!!!

I went to these baths for several years, and everything was fine, but some time ago I forgot a sheet there, they told me that they didn’t find it, although I definitely forgot it there. Yesterday, when I came from the bathhouse, I didn’t find a towel, today I called trying to find it and was shocked by the reaction of the employees. At first they immediately told me that there was no towel and they hung up. Apparently the guard answered, although it was 12 noon. Then I asked to be transferred to the director - some woman replied that they would look for a towel and call back in half an hour. No one called back, when I called myself 10 times, the security guard said that the towel was stolen by the cleaning lady, he had no time to talk to me. I, in turn, promised to describe this situation in reviews on the Internet, to which they began to threaten me that they would find me and do something to me. I’m shocked by this attitude towards clients, the service is 0, I’ve had things go missing there more than once, I won’t go there again and I don’t recommend it.

This is my second time here. First of all, I'm happy with unlimited. Secondly, the steam room and then everything else. Super girls! Thank you!!!
