I
have
been
to
this
Salon
several
times
and
each
time
something
upset
and
disappointed
me.
1st
-
half
an
hour
I
waited
for
the
pass
downstairs
at
the
reception,
while
I
was
waiting,
I
was
already
tired
of
everything,
my
mood
had
deteriorated.
The
procedure
itself
went
well,
the
only
thing
that
was
not
convenient
was
the
fact
that
there
are
showers
only
in
the
hammam
and
in
the
locker
room,
respectively,
if
the
procedure
involves
taking
a
shower
(scrub,
wrap,
etc.),
you
need
to
get
up,
walk
along
the
entire
corridor,
wrapped
in
a
towel,
go
to
the
shower
in
the
locker
room,
then
come
back....(my
procedure
meant
doing
this
twice).
Next
time
-
again
I
waited
half
an
hour
for
the
pass
at
the
reception....
Next,
I
went
to
the
hammam,
I
thought,
I’ll
have
a
great
time
in
the
hammam,
steam,
and
then
the
peeling
will
go
better.
I
expected
complete
relaxation.
I
left
the
hammam
at
the
appointed
time
and
went
to
wait
for
the
master
in
the
lounge.
I
wait
for
about
30
minutes...
no
one
comes
to
me.
I
approached
the
administrators
and
politely
asked
when
the
procedure
would
begin,
to
which
the
administrators
rolled
their
eyes,
“Oh...
we’ll
find
out
now.”
I
went
back
to
the
lounge
to
wait
for
an
answer.
For
another
15
minutes
no
one
comes
to
me
(neither
with
an
answer,
nor
the
master).
I
returned
to
the
administrators,
irritably
I
asked
the
same
thing,
again
the
answer
was
“oh..
now
we’ll
find
out”,
one
of
the
administrators
leaves
somewhere,
I’m
already
staying
at
the
reception,
waiting..
she
returns,
sits
down
and
starts
doing
something
,
zero
attention
to
me.
To
this
I
say,
“And?”...
“Oh,
just
a
couple
more
minutes
and
the
master
will
pick
you
up.
Wait
in
the
lounge.”
Ok,
I'm
waiting
in
the
lounge.
In
10-15
minutes!!!!
the
master
comes
and
takes
me
away.
And
it’s
good
that
by
the
way,
I
said
what
my
procedure
was...
since
it
turned
out
that
she
was
preparing
for
another
procedure
(just
a
massage).
In
total,
they
asked
me
to
wait
another
5
minutes
so
that
she
could
prepare
for
MY
procedure....
The
procedure
itself
went
well,
except
that
the
master
made
a
slight
remark
that
I
sat
in
the
hammam
for
a
very
long
time
and
she
“lost”
me
(there
was
also
a
hammam
in
the
procedure
itself
-
between
different
types
of
sub-procedures).
And
yes,
another
point
is
that
the
only
underwear
available
was
panties,
bras
were
“out
of
stock.”

expect

different
attitude!!!!!!
In
general,
I’m
disappointed,
I’m
looking
for
another
CPA
so
that
my
nerves
don’t
get
on
my
nerves...
