We had the opportunity to discover the city during a tour in English with Paola and she was nice and prepared. Recommended!

I went to the "Monuments of Sevilla" tour. To be more precise: I went to two Monuments of Sevilla tours, both from Metropol Parasol, one at 11AM, and one at 12:30. On the first one I left the tour after 20mins because tour guide's English was not so great. I had trouble understanding him and I have (at least) C1 level English with several years of working experience. Tour guide on the second tour was better, however the tour was not that great. It seemed like a bunch of random facts about different monuments in Sevilla. There were no connection between historic events and monuments. Stuffed talked about the monuments lacked a lot of historic context. I didn't expect I would ever say this but I wanted to hear more about history! Sevilla seems like a city with rich and colourful past and the tour would be 1000 times better if they would create a more connected story between city's history and monuments they are showing.

We did all the 3 Tours in Seville and each of them were high quality and entertaining. Our guide for 2 of them was Alba, who made our trip to Seville. She showed so much passion for the city and her personality was infectious. She had all the information needed and presented them in a engaging and concise way. She was very lively and proactive with her story telling and recommendations in the city and I would definitely do another tour if / when I’m back in the City. Alba is such an amazing guide and an amazing personality.

I Love Free Tours! And this one was no exception. Our guide Paola was knowledgeable,enthusiastic and fun. Although we did not go in any of the museums she was able to tell us so much history about each place and info about tickets, prices and hours and what we can expect to see inside. We did go back to the archives building and the exhibition of Magellan voyage around the world was awesome (and free). Can't wait to go back for another Tour and the other sights.

We joined the Barrio Santa Cruz tour on a Sunday at 10:45am (on 10/15 - I provide this detail for the company to congratulate our guide, as I forgot his name) our first day visiting Seville. The tour guide was so intriguing, drawing us by providing enough details for a memorable story, and skipping over extraneous facts, which I later read about on the internet. Our guide provided such a high quality tour and I took notes enabling me to retell the tour to a friend who visited on Tuesday from Boulder Colorado. My husband and I travel 2-3 times a year, internationally, but we don’t enjoy groups, so we’ve never taken a tour before. We are now hooked!!! There were only 3 couples in our intimate group. It was incredible and helped to inspire us to develop a love for Seville and it’s history.

In June I did the free walking tour and I enjoyed it very much. The tour was a bit difficult that day because of the Corpus Christi processions but the guide managed to guide us through the city well. Their were interesting stops and information during the tour. The tour was supposed to end at Plaza de España which unfortunately was closed that they for visitors that day. Instead we ended at Parque de Maria Luisa which is very beautiful and absolutely worth visiting.

The tour took us to a few of the places of interest around Sevilla which was nice, but the guide didn’t really have many stories related to the places or history of the city. Usually (and I have been on a few) I would have heard about the city and it’s history with some extra stories/facts thrown in, this wasn’t like that, more a fly by of places. Still worth it for a small tip to get your bearings around a beautiful city

Dena was a wonderful and passionate tour guide. She is so knowledgeable and could answer any question we had. I was amazed by the rich history and heritage of Sevilla. Totally recommend the tour!

Highly recommend this walking tour as it does take you to the key areas to visit in Seville. Seville at this point was hot (late afternoon at 28 deg C), but it was still enjoyable with good pace. Nice to learn about the key historical spots, as well as a prelude to visiting Real Alcazar and Cathedral. Suggest you do this on the first day of arrival (if schedule permits) as you can then plan the next set of activities depending on places you like.
