This
place
is
a
historical
masterpiece,
a
hidden
gem
from
the
old
times.
I
was
very
impressed
by
the
quality
of
its
decor
and
its
authenticity.
The
hotel
rooms
are
well
equipped
with
everything
you
need
for
a
comfortable
stay.
I
liked
the
fact
that
each
room
has
its
unique
style.
If
you’re
staying
for
more
than
one
night,
ask
the
front
desk
if
they
would
allow
you
to
change
rooms
so
you
can
experience
the
various
styles/setups.
They
have
a
gorgeous
restaurant
downstairs,
the
central
hall
of
the
house.
They
serve
breakfast,
and
have
a
full
menu
for
lunch
and
dinner.
I
admired
the
seafood
dishes
of
Sfax,
their
chef
makes
great
grilled
fish
platters
and
seafood
soup
(don’t
miss
the
seafood).
They
have
a
cute
coffee
shop
on
the
rooftop
of
the
building,
overseeing
the
Medina
(old
city)
of
Sfax.
They
have
good
wifi
all
over,
so
if
you’re
on
a
business
trip,
you
can
always
work
in
the
coffee
shop
and
enjoy
the
views.
I
met
the
owner
in
person,
such
a
humble
and
knowledgeable
gentleman.
He’s
the
type
who
would
welcome
you
in
person,
sit
down
with
you
and
tell
you
about
the
history
of
Sfax
and
it’s
culture.
I
enjoyed
my
experience
over
there
and
will
definitely
stay
there
if
I’m
in
Sfax
and
need
a
hotel.
