Nice and homely ambience. I love how big the place is so it's perfect for many people to vibe and chill. The food (peppered Asun) tasted rather stale and a colleague complained about his order too. Asides that, everything was really perfect!

While trooping around Benin City (during my Benin food tour) dropped by Imperial Bizzo .This place has nice ambience (many parts of it was under construction),good food and great vibes.We sat at the outdoor lounge by the pool side. I Had the Imperialbizzo Platter which was delicious,I had that Omgosh moment when I bit into the prawns and snails quite delicious.Highly recommended platter.

The place is beautiful. I wanted to swim the day I went there but they were working on their pool so I had to leave almost immediately. But the place is okay and the customer service is quite alright from the little time I spent there. They are organized and the place is beautiful. I look forward to visiting there again and hopefully I’ll have the best time there. Asides the pool I didn’t get to enjoy, the place is also beautiful.

Classy setting. Good sound system and music selection. Food menu is fantastic with lots of varieties yet affordable and good taste. The staff (waiters) are swift in their response to take orders and clear the spot immediately a customer exits a table/section. It has a pool section for live band during the weekend. Overall it's a good place for those who are comfortable with loud music and can endure smoke, vibes and vapour. However it's not safe for children. I had a good time here.

The food was great but it took so much time to come. Customer service was fair.

Their security officers are very rude and give preferential treatment to girls accompanied by guys..The security guy said in quote ‘if I was with a guy he would have allowed me inside ‘so why must they tag a woman coming there to a guy ..it’s really bad the way people treat or disrespect women because they are not with men in their gathering ..please this should be looked into ..I love imperial bizzo but with this disrespect act ,they just ripped me of my respect and love for them ..

Pool environ is so nice

Nice ambiance, amazing menu, but terrible staffs. It would literally take them 1hr 15mins to serve a bottle of red wine, food takes forever to get ready and their staffs are always pretending to be busy while not responding to customers. Me and my friends had to leave after 1hr 20min we ordered a bottle of wine.

I love their Sunday evening live band . It make the place nice and interesting.. let me make you understand.... It's not the usual bini live band ... They did secular songs and old school.. it was refreshing but pricey

The lounge ambience is simplicity...I like ... With delay from their waiters to consumers, I had sat for a very long time before I got my order, This happened on two occasions that I was there. A good DJ always on the deck....

It's a calm and nice environment also beautiful. I haven't really visited the main side, I always go to the pool area and all I can say is their staff workers are lazy, the guy in charge of the pool is grumpy, and they discriminate. They all walk around and act like they were forced to work there. Then they act nice when they see someone that looks like they would buy alot of things. A better customer service would do.
