Queue was not that long but it took aproximately 15 - 20 minutes for an order to be completed. Started waiting in line from 6:45pm (between 7 - 9 cars in front). Decided to park and order after 45 minutes waiting in the car. Ordered inside still have to wait (still waiting after 20 minutes). There seems to be not that many customers but service is still slow. What does that tell you? So much for a 'fast' food outlet.

If there is a negative number for service rendered, I will give such a number. Even though there were not many customers, the table where I sat, Table 304 was not wiped properly, and the seats were still covered with food remnants. When I called the staff to wipe the table and seats, she used the same wet cloth to wipe the table, and then to my chagrin, nonchalantly, used the dirty wet cloth to wipe the seats! How unhygienic can this be? Whatever happened to their earlier values of QSCV(Quality - none anymore, service - very bad, cleanliness - deplorable and value for money - definitely none).

This McD branch is by far the worst when it comes to food/drinks and service. Food- Cold foods or messy, looks like they are done sloppily in a rush. Sometimes if you are lucky u get overcooked foods that are burnt and bitter. Drinks- YOU are subjected to carbonated drinks that are FLAT. Service(might be long)- What is drive thru? It is for u to be in your car, drive pass a specified lane and collect your food without a hassle. My drive thru experience involve me ordering prior on mobile app, drive thru and wait 20mins , and have to park my vehicle, go down and question the staff and apparently food has been prepared and they just left it there instead of bringing it to me. OR they close the drive thru lane early, resulted u have to walk to the counter to collect your food, and it gets worst. Staffs are all actively ignoring you or do not even bother to question your motives.

After facelift renovation was so comfortable & enjoy their dine experience with coffee.. I’m lovin it !

Been here once for lunch. Service is good, hygene is well maintained but the space is not to friendly for many people. Recommended 👍

Came here for late-night wifi-available cafe-like experience for doing assignments/reports Pros: - really clean/conducive environment - open until 2am - good options of food & drinks - good choice of playlists (loud enough but not annoying/distracting) Cons: - ugh kids, I know this is a fmly-friendly place but sir your kids need to stop screaming.? - open until 2am only - self-service kiosk always rosak/jem - need more charging plugs - limited carparks - the cleaning staff slamming the trashbin so hard whyyyyy tak kesian ke trashbin tu

It’s just 7.45pm and most of the things from chicken, nugget, bubur, all out. For chicken, have to wait for 20mins. What?? It’s almost 3 out of 5 times I’m here is like this at this branch. Manager x pandai jaga stock ke?
