Service : Poor... need to improvement. Food: pizza ok..but the chicken drummet one of the smallest i ever eat

Worst outlet I've ever visit and ordered. Almost 1 hour I'm waiting for 2 regular pizza and 2 mushroom soup. So much of pizza already done, very slow packing. Slow and very bad service, maybe can arrange well known staff to packing pizza... im seeing some pizzas are still there in same place for almost 1 hour without packing... for sure customers will get dry pizza. Even no heart to give 1 star 😤😡

This is very bad and worst service ever! So sad that Pizza Hut was my favourite but this outlet sumpah terukk. The customer service not friendly and really bad. Then order for dine in must be done at counter?? Waiter tu cakap pon kasar betol. Very not friendly! And they serve mushroom soup yg tak panas?! What for if not HOT soup? Customer service really bad and not prefer for dine in.

Service was slow even though at that time the restaurant not full. Hesitate to come again, sorry.

This is the pizza quality of 37 ringget. Better go out and eat good food of 5 to 10 ringget. I waste my money..

pizza is ok but the soup is so disgusting... The flour or something to made the soup coagulate and looks like cloth or something in it

Ordered pizza and soup. Pizza was ok but soup was terrible. It was is thin as plain water and tasteless.

I ordered at about 6:48 and the cashier said I would get my order in 20 minutes at the latest. After 20 minutes I still didn't get my order. Then I asked the staff working there, but they didn't care about me. I got my order at 7.25 and no one working there apologized to me.Pizza,The Store Hut SG BULOH is very very bad service!!

Good service and when arrive around early 10am something. Lucky they serve me, didn't mentioned i and my kids that can't dine in. Good jobs and keep in good work

Purchased online and went there for collection. One of the worst pizza hut i have ever been to. I was standing in front of the cashier for 5mins while the waitresses were walking pass me without even looking at me like im invisible until i called them out for 2nd time. Only 2 tables were being served at that moment. I am giving 2 stars because the food were ok and hot

Currently emco you can't eat inside. But they have this 6 ringgit personal pizza promo which is just dope (just for take away) and I bought all 8 flavours!

we often order pizza for take away in large amount, >6 large pizza. setiap kali order and we ask for chili sauce, they always refuse to give. dont know why so kedekut. Plus, this happens to me soo many time already. really disappointed!
