Doc is reluctant to give out MC despite me being genuinely sick. And on my second visit, the same doc does not want to give me referral letter for me to see a podiatrist for my pain due to my foot fallen arch issue. She doesn't even know what's fallen arch. I ended up at another clinic and the doc knew straight away and gave me the referral letter on the spot. I went to the podiatrist and found out the pain was due to tendonitis in my foot, which GP would not have known in the first place.

I have been visiting this clinic many times and non of the times I have ever been treated impatiently or rude by their doctor or nurses. I wonder why some said so? The doctors are professional and nurses are friendly. Also, this clinic charges very reasonably compare with other clinics in KK. They are doing their bit to help the needy. They do have my respect.

Went to the clinic to collect hypertention medicine Twynsta. The clinic nurse told me the clinic policy is medicine cannot purchased at counter. Must see doc. Told her no point as I only need medicine. Asked how much consultation fee and charge it to coperate card. Case close, paying consultation because policy say so.

I think they changed the nurse and doctor , recently went there, nurse and doctor are good. Attentive. It's an old Indian doctor, he patiently listen to you and explain on your condition and the medicine he gonna give to u . Overall I am satisfy.

Took my daughter there because of coughing , dr florence said my daughter coughing is mild and has clear lung and gave her prospan only , but I'm still very worried because my daughter cough sound was bad so I took her to columbia asia puchong the next day to see dr cheok and found out pneumonia and admitted hospital for 3 days . So advice to all mother , trusted your own instinct .

The Indian male doctor that treated me today is extremely patient and gave advises on how I should take care of my health better. Very knowledgeable and a very good doctor that cares about his patient. Will be coming here from now on for any medical advices.

my brother had fever 4 days back to back, forced him to go clinic to take a day mc off and rest. There was a dr called pongkudi or something asked him did he came for MC and can also ask what he want by coming to clinic. Kinda shock with the kind of disrespect to their patient. treat people like we r low life when we are paying for our service. one of the worst service i ever knew. would never go back there again, went many clincs before this was truly the worst ever.

I found Dr Edward to be disappointingly unprofessional, not compassionate and seemingly unhappy with his job. 1. There was no attending nurse in the consultation room. 2. He refused to give my two days MC as requested even though my condition was bad. 3. He did not give a clear diagnosis of my condition. 4. There was also no clear indication if the consultation was over; he just walked out of the consultation room to the dispensary and I have to guess if im supposed to stay or go. This is my first time of ever being so taken aback with the quality of a medical practitioner.

Such a stupid service! I don't know why, i came first, but doc keep called person after me almost 5 times. need to be patient more? And for staffnurse indian.. need to polite! How always keep starring at patient like patient no have money.

Bad experience with the clinic assistant at the registration counter. That indian lady is very rude to me, although it is my first time here.

Impolite registration nurse, she didn't ask whether i am under insurance or cash, couldn't find my name even though i visited before. When I told her I am under insurance then she is very displeased as though it is the end of the world. The same nurse also issued MC under wrong company name. If it is not near conveniently located for me I wouldn't visit again, this is not a right way to treat patients. Her attitude is chasing their patients away, you can see that there is no queue.

The doctor is very very patient and she will listen what method that you have been tried out before she start consulting. Again she won't recommend to take medicine for baby unless really needed to. But, for us as patient parents. We need to do our parts that to explain all info that doctor need to know patiently as well.

would suggest to any Parents who is looking for a good pediatrician because she is detail and she explains n provides you with all u need to noe about your kids. Not pushy, friendly and been with her for all my kids. the best so far. FYI: she usually communicates with the parent who is handling t kids during consultation :)

If you know you are about to run out stock of 2nd dose vaccines please don't let the baby take the first dose!!!!!! Keep track and do well on your stock inventory!!!!!!!! What kind of attitude to answer parents when the vaccines is already out of stock and ask the baby who already took the 1st dose vaccine to wait for 3 months until stock arrive ?? Give explanation like we really hard to predict the stock status cause some parents will not come back for the 2nd dose vaccines ??!!! I tell you what if the parents are not coming back for 2nd dose are definitely due to your silly attitude !!!!!!! I have visited this clinic since I was young for 20+ years and always had a pleasant visit. Dr Selvaraj (if im not mistaken) really cares about his patients and takes the time to give proper advice. The nurses are also very nice and always greets with a warm smile. If you're feeling unwell and looking for a neighbourhood clinic, i believe this place is a good choice :)
