Daytime: a very good place to jog. Weekends can be a bit packed but still alright. Also made for cyclists. There are some food around here for breakfast as well. Loop is around 1.3km i think. Night: Not recommended to jog at night. It can be dark and scary. Unless you jog with a friend. But there is good food there. Downside is there are motorcyclist using the jogging/cycling lane, producing carbon pollution. But dont worry they are there usually to fish at the lake. But yeah we dont wanna inhale carbon while exercising. Overall good place.

Nice jogging track even though it's not that challenging.. very flat. Good for cardio and stamina. A good number of urban gym mechanos along the track. The on-site Cafè offers a good variety of foods. But one off-site warung selling nasi lemak, fried bananas, and such near the road is dumping cooking oil into the drainage, causing nauseating smell.

Ok for weekdays, packed on weekends. With covid some more, better find another park for weekends. Nowadays got few maintenance works ongoing, so, a bit uncomfortable here and there.

Great place for outdoor activities

My rating is based on cycling experience on weekend and on a 20" bicycle. Although there is a lane marked for cycling, I feel it's not convenient for adult to cycle in the park because there are many ppl especially kids at the park, so it's kind of dangerous with the kids all around and also many joggers, will have to keep slow down. So it is difficult to achieve some "exercise" by cycling there, but if you just want to santai cycling then it's ok. It's also about 1.4km per round. Overall, for leisure cycling is fine, for exercise is not recommended. Car parking is also very limited. There is food stall there and nearby many restaurants. No worries about getting hungry.

This nice park with a lake is at Section 7, near UiTM not the big Taman Tasik Shah Alam at Section 14 near Komplek PKNS & the state mosque. So please, do not mix up the two and do not post misleading photos here. TQ

It’s a wonderful park in Shah Alam, big lake in the middle, and around 1.5 KM of walking, jogging and cycling track. Evening time with breeze blowing across and seeing the people of all ages walking and jogging gives a great sight to see.
