Everything is okay except one Dr, her name is Menaga, she is so rude. I had come to check on my wife cause she had headache. During that time, we gave our (buku pink) and she had a lot of comments because we open our (buku pink) at private. Not only that, she also comments about other Dr whether that Dr is specialist or not because of some info are not in the (buku pink). Others, this clinic is okay and im sorry to rate it as one start.

We have used their services on 3 or 4 occasions now. Staff are very friendly and helpful, fluent in Bahasa Melayu and Ingriss. The doctors we saw were always professional and very informative about treatments and options. An x-ray service on the premises is a bonus too! And relax, their prices are quite reasonable.

Extremely expensive but zero effective medicines. Back to back consult with one of the Dr there, almost 900 burned and the Dr promise me my swollen hand infections will slowly recovery after minor surgery now it already two months and the infections got worsen. Not sure if the doctor misconduct the surgery or otherwise but it's highly poor services. This clinic markups are ridiculous and the medicines they gave me not even effectives. Consider myself loyal customer for the past 15 years but not anymore.

Came here for my booster dose. Station 1's queue arrangement and alertness could be improved. One of the staff asked me to have a seat, and I wasn't passed a form/queue number until I asked. Anyway, best to bring your own pen. Stations 2 to 5 are quick and efficient. This offsite PPV staffs are friendly. Overall, I'm impressed. I thought I would be here for hours, but it only took me around an hour or less. Stay safe!

I have been a loyal patient at this clinic for several years, and I must say the quality of their medication surpasses many others. Dr. Gayathri is my go-to doctor, and her dedication is commendable. She takes time to explain conditions, stays updated on medical advancements, and more importantly her treatments whether dispensing medication, recommending for a test or referral to a hospital is consistently spot on. Kudos to Dr. Gayathri and the clinic for their excellent work!

Went to see Dr on Tuesday because I was too sick and condition ain’t get any better so I went back for blood test (as advised by the Dr) on my return, I asked for MC because I didn’t go to work but only gave me time slip. Not even giving the blood test result. I’m still sick and asked why conditions didn’t get any better and Dr said she don’t know ?!?because result shows nothing and just gave me paracetamol. THATS IT? Waste of my time and money.

Very good, kind and friendly doctors especially Dr Shan and Dr Hazira. They are very good in treating the patients and we are very happy with their treatment. The staffs are very fast and efficient. You don't have to wait for very long time. 10/10.

Wanted to walk in for booster. Called them a few days before and they said can just come over on any day. So i went there today for booster unfortunately one of the staff said today is for kids only, for adults only on weekdays. Please improve, you need to give the right information to your customer, because you are wasting my time.

Consultation wasn’t detailed, no proper explanation and didn’t do proper check-up.

Went to get my ingrown toenail treated here. since it was advanced with granulation, doctor advised to go for minor surgery and partially removed the affected nail for rm365 including meds. Rm45 for dressing which doctor advised to do twice a week before DIY. 1 day after the surgery my wound was healing very well, with no pain at all. Everything was done within 30 minutes. Another specialist clinic quoted me 1.2k for the same procedure. A little bit about the process: Doctor gave me two shots of anaesthesia to numb the toe. Its the only painful part of the surgery, the rest i didnt feel anything, didnt even realize he was almost finished.

Clinic is very clean and spacious. The doctor we saw was a young Malay guy, very friendly! They accept Maybank QR pay and payments by card as well. For a check-up and four medications, it was RM76.

Always my go to clinic whenever i get sick. Love how the doctor treats patients. All the Doctors are very soft spoken, and explain very details & clear regarding symptoms, procedures & medication. Dr Farah, Dr Gayathri, Dr Indian guy, and female malay Dr (haha idk his&her name) - are my fav! I would recommend everyone to pay a visit at this clinic.

The front desk staff is quite nice & patient even though I keep asking to repeat what she ask because I couldn’t hear her. The waiting time was good I didn’t wait for too long maybe because there’s not many patients. But for the Doctor Consultation was a bit poor since the Doctor seemed like he was in a hurry, I still wanted to explain & ask about my pain but he seemed like he didn’t want to hear me out & keep cutting my words. Hope to improve for that part because I really want to know & ask about everything but he didn’t want to listen to me. They also gave me I think a lots of unnecessary medication just to increase the payment. I think the Doctor just bluntly told them to gave me everything despite what I was trying to explain to the Doctor & he didn’t wanna listen to me. Won’t come again I guess

One of the recommended clinics in Sungai Buloh. I was consulted by Dr Gayathri. The Dr diagnosed and explained thoroughly during the consultation and prescribed the medications. Service is excellent and the Dr is professional and friendly.

Excellent service by staff and doctor Pn Hazirah for the medical check-up they provided for my wife during her pregnancy. My first choice for medical check-up for pregnant wife.

Doctor in room 10 (Weds 27/12/23). It was between 3.45pm - 4.15pm when my mom got the consultation with the doctor. The doctor was politically downgraded Kelantan since my mom got the last treatment from klinik kesihatan in kelantan. I believe doctor should be professional & avoid mentioning any political party during the consultation. I find this is very irritating since my family & I are kelantanese. Do improve this in future.

This is my second visit and I spent two hours at the clinic. Hoping they can improve the service. The doctors are good, great consultation. However, still turns into frustration when a sick person have to spend whole two hours at a clinic. My previous visit took a long time too.

I have visited 3 times now. The staff are friendly and most patient (no pun here) with my limited bahasa Melayu. The doctor we saw chatty and helpful.

my daughter went to the clinic ( twice visit ) for the same complaint which is persistent diarrhea not improving with oral antibiotic . On her second visit 15/1/2024 , she met with Dr HAZIRAH BEGUM . unfortunately the doctor didn't take serious about her complaint and didn't even touch her for proper check up . My daughter ask for a referral letter due to worsening symptoms , however the doctor refused to issue the referral letter and just simply change the medication without proper examination. she went to another clinic for second opinion and proper check up, noted that her infection based on blood result is sky high . and she do need referral to hospital on the same day . so please DR HAZIRAH, at least u need to touch the patient and do proper examination before you can simply discharge and change the medication . Thank you .

Unorganized system, rude staff, unhelpful doctor. Went there to complete my study document, even asked the registration personnel what need to be done and she referred me to the doc. Consult with the doc, she said that the document wasn’t supposed to be sign by her. Then why did the personnel referred me to you in the first place. The doc said that she wouldn’t be charging me. Money is not the problem, you people just wasted my time and energy. The dispensary personnel even had the audacity to ask me which clinic I usually went to before and why didn’t I went there instead? What a joke. Left the clinic feeling like I am a criminal trying to do something bad when I am just a student obligated to fulfill whatever documentation given to me.

I’m so regular to this clinic but today’s service (Saturday, 14th October 2023) at dispensary is super bad. I’ve been waiting for my meds lama and the staffs just standing and sembang. Until I go and asked, then only they checked the system! I am sick and feeling so weak and yet have to hadap with this bunch of hopeless people, and no apologies ya from any of them! Thought so righteous may be.

Very happy with the treatment I have received. Dr Shanmuga is very friendly, helpful and listened to my concerns. I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met him on 2021 and since then i only requested to get treatment from him presonally . He is not only an EXCELLENT doctor, he is also friendly and approachable and will give sufficient time to patient with amazing treatment. He studies the patient and the illness meticulously. He is an extraordinary intelligent Doctor with human values. Nice advise, hardly find such a dedicated doctor these days. May God bless him and best wishes for Dr Shanmuga in the future.

This is my to go clinic as a family. Dr. Gayathri has treated me, my husband and kid. She is always attentive and it always feels home and safe coming to her for treatment. The clinic is also good in its services.

The Dr, Dr Shanmugen to be specific, He’s so nice and helpful. He explained well, step by step procedure, and know how to make me comfortable and less nervous too during the medical checkup up. So far i had a really good experience 👍🏼
