At first, I was about to be put off by how expensive they were compared to others but was somewhat convinced after reading all the positive reviews. The handling by Amaury was fantastic from start to finish. On packing day, the army of movers led by Kathir were later than what was stated in the email but once they arrived they wasted no time and my local move was done within a day given the amount of stuff they had to go through. In short they obviously know what they were doing. The experience with them certainly exceeded my expectations and would recommend to others for a hassle free move and peace of mind.

This is our 7th move in 12 years. Have always been moving countries but our first local move in Kuala Lumpur. This is also our first time using Asian Tigers. The packing and unpacking crew was fantastic. They were very accommodating, friendly and very careful with our belongings. Amaury, our move specialist was great and very patient with all our questions. He was very detailed when he first surveyed our items. Great experience using Asian Tigers. Everything was well handled end to end. Great packing, helping to maximize packing space, all on time as agreed. Great communication as well. The team was very friendly, hard working and very honest as we even forgot a gold necklace on a stand and it was packed along the stand. Would recommend anytime.

I had a very positive experience with Asian Tigers. They provided friendly and helpful service, and I felt that the representative who did my initial quotation and arranged the packing services went out of his way to try to get the best deal for me. The packers were very respectful and efficient, and were even friendly when I asked to have one box brought back up to the flat and re-opened when I had forgotten something. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Asian Tigers as I have a good 14 boxes of items I stored in UK during my time of studying and had to come back to Malaysia due to Covid-19. It was such a relief when I reached out because they called soon after I requested for more information and discussed with me the best quotation for the amount of items I had. Even asking for all the dimensions for a better quotation. Through all this I dealt with Mohd Zul and Angela, who were thorough with my questions and concerns! Truly such a relief as I was worried about bringing my stuff back from UK when I was in Malaysia the whole time. They aliased with the storage company I stored my items with in UK and everything was smooth sailing to getting my items back. On the day of delivery for my items, the delivery team was great as well! Considerate with my items as they helped unpacked and gladly took the boxes away and any unwanted cardboard materials that I didn't need. Super efficient from start to finish. They gave prompt updates through every stage. Made it clear to what is included in the price and what would be needed in extra charges (if needed like demurrage fees and whatnot). I can't express how great this service has been for me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would require the service!

All items were packed and labelled professionally, workplace was cleaned every evening before the team left and packed boxes were kept neatly so that they do not obstruct the walkways. The team did not enter our home with shoes and ensured that cleanliness is maintained to a very high level. Debbie even found time to visit us to ensure all was going on as per the plan despite her busy schedule. I had a very bad experience with this company. During survey, they assured me that it takes about 6-8 weeks for door to door service from Malaysia to US if I take the full load container. However, my items have been sitting in their warehouse for almost 6 weeks. They blame on vessel delay and roll overs even when they had 3 liners lined up iwithin 3-4 weeks after my items were packed and already in their warehouse. When I questioned the export team, their manager Brema told her staff to tell me that the vessel was late through an internal email which accidentally had me copied. They tried to recall the email and of course I later confronted them which they came up with another reason and blame on the confusion with liner communication. No integrity and not professional at all so pls be very careful when dealing with them.

From the beginning with an excellent service regarding receiving a quote to the end of actually moving with Asian tigers it has been a very pleasant experience. Staff is very skilled and friendly. Highly recommend them for any moving purposes.

Excellent job. The move manager and his team is very experienced. Each box is labeled and they have an inventory to ensure nothing loss, and know what is inside each box, tracing can be done easily. Just brief them what to be moved and sit back. The strong team pack each item fast and securely. They have excellent planning, e.g. What should be loaded into lorry first, how to optimize space, what is the sequence of unloading, etc. Job well done, clean (my white furniture still white, no finger print), swift and effortlessly for us. Excellent service from start to finish !! Special mention for the 'A' team of Debbie Viknesh and Moses Paul who provided seamless administrative and operational support throughout the move. The 'team couldn't do enough to put us at ease and make sure the job was executed quickly, safely, and professionally. One example of many was their 'direct' handling of the logistic details 'with the management offices on site. We basically didn't have to do anything ! The guys responsible for the heavy lifting were very courteous and handled our contents with tremendous care at all times. Whole move from evaluation through arranging, packing and unpacking went exceptionally well. Organization and communication was smooth, efficient and friendly. Packing team in KK and unpacking team in KL were professional, friendly and efficient. Even more impressive considering they were working with Covid-19 SOP's with limited crew size, masks etc.
