If I had a choice I won’t go to this kiosk again. Though the services seems complete but the staff manning it was not having any smiles, don’t feel warm and friendly. I just had to get the transaction over and leave!

Bad service attitude. If I can give below 1 star I will give zero. The owner of this kiosk should monitor how is your staff working.

Went to enquire about a service and got a member of staff walk off with their food in their hands, others on the phone and another one avoiding us. No give information or knowledge of a product required, even spoke about us in front of us....assumed we did not understand Bahasa Melayu well we do. The staff there have no consideration for their customers. What they don't realise not customer no wage. Mgt please review your staff representing your outlet. My recommendation if you want professionalism and a good service go to Sunway!

Convenient, easy to access and the staff there very helpful. For those come here for shopping / groceries, can drop by here to deliver your parcel nationwide. The staff in charge will guide you accordingly. This shop located under escalator near to kfc, dakgalbi family mart and johnnys restaurant.

I am one of the regular customer here as i always drop off parcel for online orders. But to the management here, please improve yours staffs to be more proactive to approach customers, thank you.

Very worst service. Staff with stupid attitude. Even don't know how to talk to the elders. Talking rude in front ppl. Please try to change your staff or try to educate them on how to treat the customers. They are not doing the services for us for free.

super bad service especially the malay guy staff with spec. rude and no manners, and took him forever to process the parcel, makes everyone waiting for him. he did not handle my parcel with care, just simply throw my parcel.
