I’ve
been
attending
here
for
almost
three
months,
and
I
could
see
obvious
changes
to
my
body
in
terms
of
the
inch
loss,
the
increase
in
stamina,
and
the
body
curves.
But,
this
also
comes
from
being
consistent
and
try
to
reach
above
the
daily
target.
Each
month
we
are
needed
to
take
detailed
measurements
of
our
body
compositions
(muscle
mass,
body
fat
percentage,
etc).
This
helps
in
ensuring
that
everyone
is
on
track
and
to
review
our
progress.
The
coaches
will
consult
us
on
what
to
improve
based
on
the
results.
Every
workout
session
is
very
effective
as
it
consists
of
cardio
and
muscle
building
and
the
best
part,
is
that
it
takes
only
30
minutes
to
burn
more
than
250
cal.
Sometimes,
the
gym
offers
different
types
of
workouts
(cardio
boxing,
core
focused
training,
yoga,
etc),
this
gives
a
variety
to
our
daily
workouts
instead
of
going
on
the
same
routine.
The
size
of
the
gym
is
just
nice,
not
too
big
and
not
too
small.
During
workout
sessions,
it
can
fit
up
to
11
people
at
the
same
time,
and
there
is
still
space
between
everyone,
so
it
doesn’t
feel
stuffy
even
with
everyone
doing
movements.
The
coaches
here
are
very
supportive
and
friendly,
they
don’t
make
us
feel
pressured
and
let
us
go
in
our
own
pace.
They’re
also
very
open
for
questions
and
advices
for
staying
healthy.
The
community
here
has
a
strong
bond
as
we
are
all
supportive
towards
each
other.
