Avari is my favorite hotel in Pakistan. The mall road hotel was warm, comfortable, clean, sophisticated and luxurious. Wonderful staff, extremely polite and helpful. Great covid protocol. Excellent health and safety standards. Beautiful location and stunning artworks and decor. The hotel, staff, location - it was an absolute treat. I loved the facilities and the food! Definitely coming here again!

Dynasty restaurant is fantastic. The staff are attentive and the food is delicious. I would recommend this restaurant. We had a great meal. Party of 11 food all arrived without wait and it was all lovely. Ikram made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent. Thank you.

The service at Fujiyama was excellent. The quality of the patrons has evolved (devolved?) considerably and the food now seems to reflect these new tastes. At any rate, it was all served fresh and the wait staff went above and beyond.

I have been going to this hotel since 90s. They did a make-over and made it better a good time ago. Visited again yesterday, its not something I would rate as a 5 star place in Lahore. They need to spend more money on renovation.

It's old name was Hilton hotel It's one of the oldest hotels in Lahore being run by RB Avari who was a parsi . It's one of its kind . They offer the annual membership as well . They have very good restaurants and their food is recommended. I haven't stayed there so far so can't comment on their rooms . Overall they have a very good approach through main mall road , very spacious parking , A good well maintained lawn and much more to offer

Excellent Quality Experience with nice dining option. The Dynasty restaurant offers very good Chinese Food.Overall ambience is very classy and elite. Few years back they have " Lakhnavi" restaurant which was a good addition for Lakhnavi cuisine.

Excellent ambiance, great staff! Was there for Seafood fest and it totally worth it. Taste, service was excellent, however menu needs some revisions. There should be more types of seafood added rather than just fish, prawns and calamari. Best experience over all

I have been to hotel many times. It is an excellent place to stay in Lahore. Near to every renowned places. My colleagues from abroad always loved this place to be and always remember and recall their days of stay over here.

Wrapping up our three nights stay, wow! what a wonderful experience this hotel provided us. I found this hotel more intimate, quiet, and a staff that is more easily accessible, friendly, and welcoming. The location is superb, extremely walkable to so many attractions, restaurants, and transit options. The Executive Lounge, and the team members working there, are truly one of the finest examples of what a lounge experience should be. I am unexpectedly satisfied.

I like the charm of this hotel. I also feel like there is a story behind. The lay out is tidy and staff are friendly and attentive. Their breakfast in the morning is so well organized and not crowded. The stair case in the middle is so charming. Very recommended.

Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the middle of Lahore. The hotel has gone through major renovation so the building is now up to date. Rooms are a bit small but still comfortable. Service is great and staff is very nice.

Chinese food serving is good. Chinese restaurant "dynasty" has the best Chinese food. Im sure the chef is authentic. Always look for Mr. Jamil in Dynasty. Overall good experience. I wish they had more space for roaming around.

Third floor rooms are exceptional. Equipped with the contemporaneous amenities more than any property in Pakistan the well-appointed rooms are luxurious indeed. Music collection is outstanding. It is doubtlessly royal. Kim's is the best place to sit and dine quite in a relaxing manner. Furniture is classic and well maintained. Dining options are numerous, Staff are the best trained. Stayed here multiple times between 2014 to 2019 for work and my experience has always been heartwarming. This hotel is located in the heart of Lahore. It is a beautiful and well maintained property and their hallmark is their hospitality. I have ordered food at 2 AM in the morning and received a full trolley of hot and delicious food. Their rooms are not only comfortable but also very beautifully decorated. Their housekeeping and room service are simply amazing. The buffet breakfast is full of options and scrumptious! On one stay in 2017, when my boss died in another country, the amazing Avari Hotel Lahore's staff went out of their way to arrange a car to take me to the airport, sent a staff member to help me pack my stuff, and provided me details of flights going back to my city. They won my heart for this!

A good hotel with nice restaurants. Banquet is spacious but not extra ordinary in outlook. Food is average though just like any other upscale hotel. They are not known for their food anyways.

What a prime location this hotel is located at. Right in the heart of the city in Upper Mall Lahore. Its lobby is beautifully designed and the staff is also very courteous. However, they need to improve on in Room designs since they are outdated now. Room renovation is must if it wants to be in the line of 5 star hotels. I have been to umpteenth hotels but the gym of this hotel is the best ever.

I always find it very quiet, peaceful and elegant. My recent short trip to Lahore, I expended 8 nights there. Great service as always the staff was very courteous but the room services was a bit slow. Food was great. Centrally located so it was very convenient to travel any part of the city.

It is a good hotel with very courteous staff from house keeping, restaurants or front office. However, their new management is bit strange, somehow busy in development of new policies of their own and not listening to customers feedback and also not getting back to customers, if feedback is provided by customer.

Lived there for a day, was quiet and peaceful. The hotel has a Caramel/Cinnamon type Fragrance everywhere inside. The marriage halls are good but not great in terms of space but I suppose the focus is more on privacy and smaller gatherings rather than too much exposure

It's good place to live but Rooms are not sound proof. If someone talks in the corridor or adjacent room, it will disturb you. Their complementary breakfast is good.

An entirely amazing hotel!! Staff were exemplary too. House keeping was fantastic, Kim’s restaurant was superb, the lounge on executive club was the best we’ve ever had in Lahore and the setting, just beautiful. The club vibe is fab, just perfect with an amazingly sophisticated feel.

As the life is returning to a modified normal, I found the visit most refreshing and comfortable. The hotel crew was extremely hospitable.breakfast at Kim’s with waterfall. It was wonderful to see service and setting maintained at the executive lounge at the executive club. I look forward to coming again especially to have my evenings in executive lounge. I did not stay there. I went there to have Chinese food there. I think their Chinese Restaurant Dynasty serves the best Chinese food in Lahore. The quality of food was excellent, so was the service. I visited Kim's restaurant Service was very good. Waiters knows what they are doing. Buffet was okay how ever i feel like there could have been a little more diversity in the dishes that they served. Also, salads and sweets were very nice, curry dishes were not as good as some other options near by

Absolutely beautiful hotel, reserved a place for an event and it was great. The food selection was fairly big and everything was really nice. Although I didn't stay in any of the rooms I have no doubt they were absolutely top tier.

The employees are extremely friendly and educated. Always ready to do the necessary to make the guest feel comfortable. I want to mention in special way Mr Shamim in the execute lunge in 3rd floor, who is always receiving the guest with a smile.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and this is right up there with the best. Despite Lahore being a safe city, the hotel is doing an excellent job at adding additional layers of security; there were guards on the outer gates, guards and metal detectors at the entrance, and even a 24/7 guard on each floor of the hotel. I was shuttled straight from the airport to the hotel which made my first day quite easy. Food here was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I had fresh fruit juice and omelette cooked to perfection each morning. Dinner at the Mughal restaurant was fantastic - a similar restaurant in other countries would be quadruple the price. Although, not a cheap place to stay in terms of local purchasing power, the hotel is actually very well priced for international travelers. There are rickshaws just outside the hotel for quick getaways. And currency exchange plaza is just a short walk away. Swimming pool facilities were well maintained. The staff was very cooperative. I felt safe and taken care of at all times. Aside from the safe inside the hotel room, I was also able to use a safety locker in the security room to keep valuables such as cash. This is an extremely well managed hotel and I plan to stay here every time I return back to Lahore.

Fujiyama is my favourite restaurant. But the only thing is they let customers smoke in non smoke area just because they are regular clients. Some men and women were smoking and I asked the staff that if this is allowed. They said no. But I don't think they asked them to stop smoking. Very disappointing . But the food is excellent and otherwise staff is very courteous.

The ambience was very good & it was more than what we expected. Saba & Shabaz provided us with a very good service. Kim’s restaurant service was excellent. It’s definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Lahore.

It was a great experience having a massage at their health club and spa... I feel so relaxed and their therapist ms. Jasmine is a wonderful and well experienced therapist! The health club receptionist is also very accommodating....mr faisal. After the massage, it was also a great pleasure dining at Fujiyama! Delicious food! Great service indeed!

I stayed at Avari hotel for about a week and was very impressed by the staff and hotel’s hospitality. For breakfast and dinner I’d often go to the KM restaurant in the lobby floor. There I was met by very nice and helpful staff specifically Saba was always very attentive and helpful. She was very quick and resourceful and definitely very helpful.

We had a buffet dinner here in Tolington restaurant today for the second time.. They serve outdoor.The ambiance and the service is too good and the taste is the good of the lot. Each and every item is delicious and hygiene is maintained of course. We were there for my husband's birthday dinner and the entire team came to our table to wish us with cake slice, flowers and candle and that was totally a surprise from their side as we generally told them that we are having dinner for his birthday. We have a dinner at Kims restaurant of Avari. It was great experience as the food was fresh and tasty. The ambiance was astonishing. We were served by a young-man Ali Dilhas and he was good in helping to select best food. If you are looking to spend a quite evening in Lahore then it is the best place to be. The price was also reasonable thus overall the experience was good.

Saba, Sajjad and Gul provided excellent service during our breakfast. They catered to all our cravings and made us feel welcomed. The food variety is top notch. When I wake up, first thing I crave are chocolate drizzled pancakes with toast.

Gul/Saba - We only see you at breakfast but your hospitality has been fantastic. You have met all our needs. The Breakfast buffet is lovely. It as truly been a great experience to stay at this hotel. The facilities i.e pool/gym/table tennis have been fantastic to use. Clean and always ready for use. The only annoying thing I would mention is when on a couple of occasions when using the pool the hotel has hosted conference events on the pool level it gets a bit uncomfortable when you have about 100 guests staring at you and taking photos whilst your swimming. I think the hotel should have a no photo policy to protect the privacy of the guest on private property. Security at the hotel is great, all vehicles are scanned before entry into hotel and person's searched prior to entering the lobby.

The food cleanliness was exceptionally good only matched by Rehans kind demeanour, I would request everyone to try out one of the oldest culinary establishments in Lahore to experience the colourful flavours that my taste buds got to experience after a very long time.

Visiting and staying in avari is a great experience. Impressive staff and excellent service enjoyed. Miss Saba and other staff try much know the art how to entertain the guests. Good Behave and hospitality is key of the good business.

Stayed at Avari, Lahore. Had a fabulous experience. Staff is courteous, rooms are clean and meticulously maintained. Forgot an item of clothing that the staff arranged to be shipped to my home address (complimentary). The way they dealt with the lost and found was also excellent. Breakfast at Kim's excellent service specifically Saba and Sajjad manager is a very responsive, caring staff member of the team... Especially Ms SABA performance is very excellent... She is a core member of the restaurant.

Fujiyama Restaurant The experience was fabulous with scrumptious food and efficient service. The ambiance was amazing and staff was courteous and perfect in their job. The service provided by me. One of the best hotels to stay. Coffee is simply great. The hotel has the best Receptionist (Mahruk) I have ever met with the most dazzling smile with utmost professionalism. Loved it.. And u can have free apples too...😋😋

It was an excellent experience as compared to the other available choices in Lahore. The customer service was world class. They were extremely helpful and vigilant. They are definitely expensive but absolutely worth the price. There are noteworthy details such as giving the sugar for tea in packets instead of a bowl, drinks are in glasses and u don't have to get up to take them instead the waiters will give them to u, and extremely comfortable seats. Overall world class experience and I hope to come here more often

Second time staying at Avari Mall road.Fantastic experience , thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exceptional service. The staff is incredible. Lunch and breakfast sumptuous. I couldn't get my head around the fact that with the level of services how the hotel manages to make ends meet. In the dining Faisal, Ali Nawaz and all the staff will look after you. To the security staff, bellboy and all staff cheers. Great work.

I always have a very pleasant stay in Avari Lahore. The staff is so friendly and conformed by very nice people that make us feel like at home. I have special mention to Mr Shamim, who works in the third floor, in the Executive Lounge, for his dedication to give the best attention to the guest, always showing a friendly smile.5

There was some misunderstanding in my corporate booking but the hotel reception desk was extremely helpful in sorting it out and even upgraded my room for the inconvenience caused. The staff was extremely helpful with Faisal at breakfast going out of his way to ensure the tea I asked for was customized to how I liked. Apart from the staff the aesthetics of the hotel truly reflect the culture of Lahore over the centuries. Lovely place to stay.

A great option for those looking for a bit of luxury whilst staying in the city of Lahore. The hotel has a classic regal feel, a great array of services and wonderful staff at hand to help throughout your day. The staff really are what makes this place truly exceptional. Perhaps the only qualm I have is that the executive rooms are smaller than some of the local competitors. We're very satisfied with our stay and we'll come back in the future.
