Stayed here before in June 22, the rooms maintenance has declined appreciably, but i still like the place

Awesome place. But service is barely good. I presume these are teething issues and this will improve. Or may even require change of management. This will definitely be a new Go to place some time down the road. At the moment if people keep visiting this it is bound to improve.

Attended a huge wedding. Management was a disaster. Service was not even worthy of a single star. Although the decor was superb, it was a serving of food that was a complete mess. The majority of the guests went away unserved, with no refilling of dishes even once. Very embarrassing situation for the hosts

A nice hotel in a very good location of DHA Multan. Ample car parking and grand entrance and waiting area. Easy to check in and friendly staff. However, cleanliness was poor. Our stay in suite was pleasant as there was enough space for the family of 4 with 2 additional mattress and dining table.

It's the most prestigious location in DHA Multan. Hundreds of events have been organised here and that is surely for a reason. Attached media: shows a clip I took during one of the Expo that took place here recently. Can't think of a better location for such occasion in Multan

1. Room sizes are good, air conditioned, rooms and washroom were super clean. Certain amenities were missing in the room, like, safety locker, electric kettle, iron. 2. 24 Hour room service not available. 3. Breakfast was not included in the room, also breakfast menu is very limited. 4. I made booking through Agoda, but when I reached there I was informed that the Hotel is not affiliated with Agoda or any other online booking service. 5. Staff was very courteous. 6. Room pricing is very reasonable.

Good dining place. But food taste is normal. Stff didn't know how to serve pizza. They forget to give knife with fork.

A comfortably nice place for a gathering be it professional or family one. The parking is spacious which is a plus. The halls are just ok average with pretty plain decor. Food has variety but taste was way too low for a place like this. One expects some taste and flavour but most of it felt like a walima dinner menu items. Service was very slow and rather poor.

The hotel was clean but the low rating is due to no hot water without running it for atleast 15 minutes (waste of water). Breakfast buffet had only 4 items and room service was subpar. Would not return lots of room for improvement.

Very disappointed stay .. they charged 10700 without breakfast, no water, no dental kit,no complimentary tea, no complimentary snacks.. everything you have to purchase. In the end bill will b 13000.... you have to call them again and again kindly send this kindly send this.... very limited breakfast option. I will not stay again there. When I entered in hotel at 10 pm all light were switched off...it was scary

The Arena hotel is located just after the shah gardez gate of DHA. Its well furnished. Room are better. Halls are well decorated. Overall better experience than others. Its more expensive 😔.

Had the worst pizza experience. First, the pizza wasn’t fresh, it didn’t have the toppings they told us and when we complained; they brought the same pizza with toppings and overcooked it. Poor taste, not fresh. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I hosted friends who were visiting Multan, Like the food court setting and quality of food itself was good too, extremely spacious rooms.

They have Multans Biggest event Halls with alots of parking space . Food quality and service is just good .

Rooms are spacious , clean, comfortable, cozy. Staff is well trained and the meal served were also tasty.

Great hotel especially for expos . Parking is also readily available unlike other places.

Beautiful place to be.enjoyed dinner. For Multan its like the cherry on the cake.. a little suggestion is that the covered area sitting should be increased the dancing fountain was also worth seeing.

For a place like Multan and me visiting after a long time...Arena hotel is a great place to stay... Excellent service and a wonderful food court... Food is also delicious... Located in DHA Multan... It is a place for locals to come and enjoy a wonderful evening...

Its managed by a private company that tends to save money by not ustilising Airconditoners for its staff. In this hot humid weather the staff is sweating that kicks in frustration for overal hospitality. P.s. the building doesnt hold HVAC system.

Good addition in Multan, very big rooms even 02 air-conditioners were not enough. Lobbies and hallways shall be airconditioned.

Rooms are spacious. Open area with good food court. Cleanliness is under powered. This could have been improved. Limited breakfast items. Evenings are good. No gym or swimming pool.
