Great place to rest and stay in multan, cleanliness and comfort is their priority, nicely kept place and a subsidiary of PC, their breakfast is also good and parking space is also inside the hotel.

Great value for money, our contact person for all Hotel One facilities Mr Shahid Hussain is a go to guy, his service is outstanding, he gives us a hotel in different cities on last moment as well at best rates. Lalazar is a nice quiet guest house type facility but we'll maintained, clean and cozy with big size rooms, decent pricing, well worth for a night or two, as singles or family

I stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are ok . The washroom had nice and clean towels and the water was hot. The breakfast was good with multiple options and the service was very nice.

There are 2 branches of hotel One in Multan. It's preferable if you go to the other one and not this. Rooms and service is good.

Well the hotel stands at 3/5 because of various reasons. I mean everything was just okay not so extra ordinary or as compared to the price it was a bit over rated. I mean they are charging just because of Pearl Continental supervision. Rooms were okay staff needs to level up. I mean for a night stay or two maybe you can see. But also recommend to look around. Out of all Hotel Ones , this Multan city one is the best when it come to the hospitality and service. Staff is extremely courteous and respectful. I spent 3 days in hotel one lalazaar. This is my best experience of my traveling life. Staff of hotel one lalazaar gives best service and one of the best personality in staff was staff manager Mr. Khurrum shahzad. His behavior and dealing is out clas. Thank u soo much hotel one

Staff members are co operative doing gud job . cleaning is owsam ......'';;.....`` freshly cooked meal is delicious room service entertaining appreciateabl. Management should add library some good books and gym for guest.

A very peaceful place to stay for vacations, business or solo travelling. The location is great and staff is very cooperative. This very clean place. The price is little higher and food quality is normal.

The washrooms were badly designed and made , the breakfast wasn't tasty only the tea was nice and the french toast ,but the rooms were great they need to add more than 6 complimentary 500ml water bottles at least 10 and the tv's for some rooms were small considering that the rooms were large.The milk powder packet size they provided wasn't even enough for 1 person so that why it's a 2 out of 5 rating overall its good to stay in for max 2 days

Nice look. Nice lobby, reasonable rooms. Complementary breakfast. Placed in a residential area, No interesting view from the window. Terrible stairs. 10 inch high steps so if you are not very fit, opt for the ground floor. Nice staff and service. Located in the busy city area so you can have evening walks to see the city life.

Quite a nice place to stay for a night or two, located in the heart of Multan. Rooms aren't too classy but still they are fine to stay with family. Dinning hall is just OK.

Worst place then thier tariq road hotel, service and food is also average, house keeping is worst, and complimentary items include breakfast is pathetic 😑

It's nominally charged but offers not very clean or luxurious experience. . Beds were comfortable but sheets looked and felt worn out. Had to change my room due to bugs in the first one. Second room was sprayed first that resulted in dead bugs on the floor. They need to improve their overall standard.
