It is very clean. There's not much help from the staff though. Every time I went, there was only one person and it was the cashier. However, I'm sure that if I had asked for help, I would've had some from the cashier as they're always friendly. But there's often 2-3 persons in line. They need to put more staffs out, and this is why they're losing a star.
