Food is pretty average but service was good

We were glad to see this place open on Thanksgiving, service was fast and staff was very friendly. Brunch was good but the cheeseburger meal was a bit too small for an adult.

Always missing something in my orders, but the food taste good.

First time at this Stratos (went to the 3-rivers one years ago). Service at lunch was quick and polite. French fries could have been better (a bit dry or the frying oil needs a refresh). Steak pepperoni subway was good.

Ordered a 14" Sub for take out. After driving less the five minutes I sat down to eat and the sandwich was extremely soggy. The bread was almost like a large Hotdog bun. I also switched my fries to a poutine. Which was an expensive change. The fries were frozen fries that didn't even hold together when you would take bites. It was filling but for 40$ for a sub with a tiny poutine and no drink I will be sure not to go back again.
