Don't eat in ... drive through is faster. As well they were picking and choosing who gets there orders. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our order. As you can see by the pics the quarter ponder wasn't finished... missing ingredients. This McDonald's needs to pay more attention to customers needs and their employees.

2nd time going to this store and once again horrible experience. Bought a large fry and lucky if it's even half full. And one of my medium fries was the exact same. I'll never go here again. If you want what you paid for, go anywhere else

Ordered a Big Mac No Meat No Mac Sauce Light Pickles... It came with meat, no onions, one tiny pickle, a few strands of lettuce. But it had no Mac Sauce and cheese so that's a plus I guess!

Cute. Clean. Small town McDonald’s are the best. The manager/supervisor was nice enough to ask us if we were enjoying o it meal and if we needed napkins or something. He was really quick on taking back the trays, too. The washrooms were nice, if a bit small — but I think it’s probably the right size considering the size of the nearby town. I was looking at the previous reviews, and I think they might’ve turned this place around in the past few months. My experience wasn’t at all like what I saw from the other photos. Perhaps there’s new management?

Wost McDonald's ever, went last night at 9:30 pm. Ordered 4 big mac meals and waited 32 minutes for the order to take out. Got in the car to eat and all our burgers were cold but the fries were hot. Everyone inside there was complaining and there for over 20-30 min. Person behind us was waiting for 20 min for her little girls ice cream cone. Saw manager walk by once without a care in the world. Can't wait for another McDonald's to open in the next town. Every time we go to this one there is an issue with our order. Obviously managers don't have control of the restaurant and need to be retrained or fired.

Truly, Shelburne's McDonald's is one of the best locations I've had the privilege of giving my business to. Only once or twice has there ever been a small issue with my order (an overly-dry quarter pounder patty, both times) – which the staff swiftly rectified. All-in-all, I've been exceptionally pleased with the quality of food, service and atmosphere at this Mickey D'S.

I had a great experience today. From the nice young lady at drive thru, I believe her name is Mya to the girl who handed me my order. Everything was done very efficiently and all with a enthusiastic genuine smile from the employees I came across. Great job everyone!! Keep up your great work and thank you for being so pleasant.

Worst McDonald's ever. Constantly forgetting things in the bag, the number of times they screwed burgers up, double quarter pounder BLT ends up becoming a regular single BLT. Have to check the bag properly before u leave. Worst service. U guys suck! I don't remember the last I have ever came there lmao.

Very noisy with alarms and beepers constantly going off. It takes them a long time to reset them. It does not matter where you sit, they are very noisy. The staff try to pass it off as a safety issue! What a bunch of lies to customers. They don't seem to care about their customers! They also will not refill you soda! No soda refill stations at all! Other McDonalds have soda refill stations, but not this one. A very badly managed store! Fond another store, not this one. Chicken McNuggets were way overcooked. Not recommended. Please replace the store manager!
