We had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE I am extremely happy we decided to go with Shelburne Smiles Centre!! Everyone was extremely friendly. Best part was how kind and patient they were with my boys! (3 and 1) If you are looking for a Dentist that won’t give your child nightmares this is the place to go!!

Best Dentist Ever. I see Dr. Joe and he is amazing. He was the only dentist to actually come up with a plan to fix my teeth they way I wanted it done and at an affordable price. Dr. Joe and his staff are also extremely patient and understanding while dealing with my horrible memory. The hygienists and office staff are also great, friendly and very knowledgeable. The treated my son that suffered brain damage from a car accident in the most caring thoughtful way and saved all of his damaged teeth. Shelburne Smile Centre has completely changed my outlook on dentist and are the best in my opionion.

I recently visited this dental clinic and had a great experience. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the staff made the whole family feel comfortable. What impressed me the most was how family-friendly the clinic is. They took the time to entertain my kids while I was in my appointment, which was a huge help. The care itself was amazing - very thorough and professional. It's clear that this dentist and their team are high-caliber people who genuinely care about their patients' well-being. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anybody looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist!

Great experience so far! They’ve been really great, especially with my four year old. He always looks forward to going into the dentist. They make it such a fun experience for him, and they always make him feel comfortable. His teeth always look nice and clean and they are very informative with both my son and I.

Blaise was amazing! So friendly and so accommodating due to me having to have zoom on for a class. She was so efficient I couldn’t even believe how quick in and out I was for my cleaning!

The people that work there are great. They help calm you down if you're nervous/anxious and are very polite. Over all it was a great experience and they work so well with people that don't like needles. I will definitely return for all of my dental needs.

dr ben van galen and his staff were super friendly to me during my first visit to shelburne smile centre. they got me in on a saturday, the same morning i called to make an appointment and i was in and out with no issues. they’re kind, affordable and the atmosphere is nice. :)

First visit to this office was fantastic! Half of one of my teeth had fallen out because of a very old filling. I got an appointment for the very next day! Dr. Joe fixed me all up painlessly and I will now be calling this office my new dental office! Thank you!

What a complete joke! Had a filling done last December. End of Oct it cracked went in for what I thought was a fix (thinking it would be under warranty) just to be told nope I had to pay almost $300 (because they only warranty 6 months) to which they where very firm I had to pay that day . I did not expect a bill at all and in no way was able to pay it all. I put down $100 was told if I went back Nov 3 to pay remaining they would waive the $50 admin fee (which they did not do automatic even tho I was there on the 3rd) after reminding them they said oh ya. I paid and left. They called me today to ask when I can book in for annual cleaning I told them the filling they re did 2 weeks ago crakes and chipped. I said I would like to see dr Ben to have it fixed this is when she informed me I would have to pay for a 3rd time! What a joke. I have been going to this dentist for a few years and at this point I would never go back or recommend anyone go there . Beyond disappointing
