Ordered at 5:44pm and at 7:44pm still no pizza delivered. My husband ended up driving to get it. 8pm and just eating my pizza that is cold, pops are warm, and kids are screaming from hunger. I called multiple times and no one answered till my husband called from his phone to pick up. Food itself, once we warmed it up, was good but the customer service and wait...we won't be ordering again. Also there's no way these are large pizzas. They are tiny (not much bigger than my fork)! For the price we paid not worth it. We also ordered and paid for 4 fritters and only received 2.

EXELENT! The size of the pizza is the best value for your money, the box itself its giant. The chicken wigs are a MUST! I can't believe it took me 4 years to try this place! So if you are new in the area don't be like me! This is your pizza and wing destination 🏆!.

The food is awesome! It's my favourite pizza. The lady who works there is very rude. Never been completely rude to my face, but she just has zero people skills. Whenever I call I hate talking to her and I hate dealing with her when I'm there. I'm not going to go there again. One example is last time I called I started ordering and she said "seriously!! One minute" and disappeared. Was that my fault? Did I make her mad? What is she doing? So I hung up and called dominos. I feel bad for the people who work with her. The 2 stars is for the food that's it.

The woman there is rude af. Just phoned at 10pm to see if I could place an order, as their Corona hours aren't posted online. She answered "Hello new Orleans pizza, we are closed" and immediately hung up. Rude.

Not good customer service. Having to wait for them to greet you is a always a bad sign.

New Orleans Pizza is a pretty solid pizza. It's like an in-between of your average pizza from other pizza stores and a really good pizza like other top pizza stores. The crust isn't as greasy as Pizza Hut, which I like - but it's still soft and crispy. We order from New Orleans at least once or twice a month!

Food is great, but after going a half dozen times and our order was messed up EACH and EVERY time, we stopped going. We order online too, not like it was a verbal miscommunication over the phone. Great that they double check the order before sending out, but now I'm waiting another 20 minutes for my pizza, while my second pizza sits around waiting for me. Rough customer service too, no apologies, doesn't try to make up for mistakes. Not worth your time.

Very disappointed... expensive which isn't and issue but expected better quality! The toppings are so minimal especially when your getting a topping that they charge as a double??? What the hell!!!?? Ordered a large and there was like 10 pieces of chicken on the whole thing...IF that... and that's just one example...the other toppings ordered with it were barely there as well... for 20 bucks a pizza I expected much better....

Not bad..tasty. The large is a bit small, I never saw extra large as a size offered..so if you're really hungry..and there is more than two of you eating, you will want to order 2 of these. My first time here, my regular pizza place was'nt open yet. But that place get's 5 stars..My advice to anyone in the fast food industry would be, check out your competition, and either try to be the best at what you do, or at least be competitive..why be.. just average.

The food was really good but the presentation was poor because half the cheese on the pizza was not on properly. When we opened the box, one half had double the cheese and the other half had no cheese.

This is normally our go-to pizza place but waiting 2+ hours is beyond ridiculous. I get it, you're busy, but it's a Saturday evening...your manager should be staffing appropriately for the Saturday rush. Time to switch to Johnny's.

We've ordered from New Orleans Pizza in Shelburne many times over the past few months and always had an enjoyable and tasty meal. I think the price and value are on par and I'll continue to eat here whenever we crave pizza!

Used to be able to get delivery out in Mono. My wife called today and they flat out refused. Why the change? We always tipped well too... Won't be returning here.

We ordered a plant based pepperoni pizza with extra sauce for pick up. Upon picking up the pizza and tasting it we realized it was real pepperoni. Went back in and told them and they agreed to make another one correctly. The new pizza did not have the extra sauce that was originally ordered. When explained this to them they said because the pizza was plant based it soaked up all the sauce hence the reason for it lacking sauce (not true). They gave us 2 dip sized containers with sauce to make up for their lack of customer service. Will never buy from here again. I will at least say that the lady was nice

Went in to grab a slice of pizza. They only had one slice left and when i asked them what kind of pizza it was they said cheese. When i went to take a bite it was not in fact cheese it was pepperoni and i’m a vegetarian it was also super stale. They should not be selling stale pizza. Super bad experience and will never be going back.

Well.. it happens very rarely as I normally never "love" many pizza places. But here is a "NOP". OMG.. the dough is slightly sweet with a perfect texture. And so far.. cooked to perfection everytime! The sauce tastes like the recipe was made by an Italian grandma . With fresh ingredients.. And unlike far to many of the other pizza places in canada. When you tell this place you want double/triple topping ( mmmm bacon) you actually get it. And the panzarottis is BOMB! Time for this guy to slip into a food coma lol

Used the app to order online. My order was ready in about 20 minutes for pick up. We got a medium 5 topping pizza and deep dish garlic bread and everything is tasty and exactly how I ordered it. Staff was friendly and competent. We have been to this location before and continue to use them for pizza when we are in town. Our go to for pizza in shelburne.

I’ve never been to New Orleans. Thus I cannot comment on the authenticity of the pizza. I would imagine a pizza in New Orleans would have some kind of seafood on it due to its proximity to the ocean. Or maybe something French, or Creole inspired pizza to link the menu to the name? Oh well the pizza is alright even if the name is confusing. T’would be nice if veggie pizza was an option for slices.

Hey, the pizza wasn't the greatest, but I did enjoy the friendliness of the staff, the promptness of the order, and the price. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and "hi how are you?" Waited for my reply and then asked what I would like to order. The price of a medium cheese pizza was under $10 Canadian. It was then ready within 10 maybe 15 minutes. The pizza was not great but acceptable for an under 10 dollar pizza.

Ahh! I finally found my wings shop! It's not easy being a wings connoisseur. I'm as picky as they get. Since moving to Shelburne in June, I have been on a hunt for a great wings spot to no avail. I tried Pizza Depot in Orangeville (and if you have read my reviews you'll know of my love-hate relationship with PD), but the wings were overcooked and had that "I haven't changed the oil all day" taste at this location. So my search continued. Well, I believe that search is over. I gave New Orleans Pizza a try for the first time last night and man they didn't disappoint. Nice meaty breaded wings without that greasy aftertaste. They were perfect. And the garlic loaf in a deep dish style. It was all great. Yeah I know. You might day, "Dude. It's just a pizza joint." Yeah, but when you have hockey season and man-cave libations, great wings are the trifecta. Thank you New Orleans Pizza for been the official sponsor to my beer gut and hockey night at my house. You staff and food are great!

Hairiest pizza I’ve ever seen, the cook doesn’t wear a hair net and by the looks of things does not brush hair .....

Go to dominos. It took them an hour to make my order, then another hour for the delivery person to pick it up from the store on a Tuesday night. Pizza was luke warm at best and they forgot part of our order. Thought I would try them as we always get dominos, regetted that decision quick.

One of the best pizza spots I have tried! Their signature pizza options are amazing. The Works and Mardi Gras are two favorites. I always have to hit up this place if I am nearby.

Pizza is good if you can actually get through and order. They sometimes dont answer the phone at all and after trying for 15 minutes to call and order I gave up and ordered from someone else.
