Always get asked if I need help finding something. They ask me every time. I LIKE THAT!!! It's like going into a store where people actually care about the customer. I never have to waste time in that store trying to find help. They find me. This is just another reason why I support local.

HORRIBLE customer service! I went there to pick up an online order (note that the order had been prepaid online). When I got there the first thing I did was ask where to pick it up. On my way out of the store I noticed two employees standing on either side of the isle watching me, a little further down the employee I originally talked to was also standing in the isle watching me. I went there to pick up something that had already been paid for and they were watching me as if I was going to pocket one those pricey $1.25 box of screws. Mid-thirties and they treated me like a teenager in a convenience store. I will never again set foot in this place. I live less than 5 min from it but will gladly drive to another location where, perhaps, they treat their customers as if WE, ARE ones who keep them in business.

Huge store, usually well stocked. Excellent and very helpful paint lady there (I believeeeee her name was Kim but don’t quote me). Very fast with home build quotes too! Great place!

Love this Home Hardware beautiful ❤️ home displays. Small home carpets, pillows, decor. Fun signage, good place to buy gifts, and cards. Handcrafted wood cutting boards. Spring seeds. Original, unusual lighting. Well organized shelves. Great helpful staff. Lots of parking.

the best Home Hardware store ever - very very friendly and helpful staff - they leave whatever they do, except if they were with a client, and go with you for all help and explain how to fix things, and even they offer alternatives with better prices. I lost my phone there, when i informed them, most of them offer for help to search everywhere. they called my phone from land line and private phones searching for it. i found it under the seat of my truck, when I informed them that i found i found it, a very loud YAAAAAAAAY, with a smile. Holds contractors up over a $40 return for 1/3 of an hour. With no results . Keep the $40 lose a client ✌️

Mask wearing was optional but all staff and customers were wearing them. This made me feel comfortable. They had exactly what I needed and the sales people were very helpful. I don't visit this store very often as I no longer live nearby but I was impressed with their level of service and I recommend this store and the broad range of products and services that they offer.

The service I received was remarkable didn't try to get clear of me or rush me even though it was busy there he was friendly and helpful. He done everything he could possible to get me what I needed when it was impossible he came up ideas that solve my problem . He drives from Orangeville to work there. I wish all store employees else where was like him.

Home hardware in Shelburne is great there staff are awesome they have a good selection they're friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the prices are good. Oh and way better than the one in mount forest I won't even go there.

Wanted a bag of cold patch .when to front to pay for it and other stuff then was told i needed to go to service desk to get a sku number for it!! Tell me how thats my job!!!! 8 employees standing around doing nothing!!! And i had to go get the sku number for her.

Got there just as they were closing but the staff were very patient, helpful and had some great tips for a related project. Excellent experience.

Well stocked store very knowledgeable staff and super fast delivery, I adked if I could get my materials the next day and had a delivery truck in my driveway at 7:10 am the next morning.

Came here to buy a shovel for some garden weeding. It was hard to find a price, as many items were missing them. I picked one that had a sale sign next to it, that turned out to be double the price listed. I picked another in my price range, and on the first use in the ground, the shovel head bent. The stamped metal says "tempered". I guess that's a brand, rather than a sign of the shovel's strength. When I went to pay, there were no fewer than six red shirt employees at the checkout, and they were all just chatting. Waited a few minutes before someone acknowledged and helped me check out. I've returned the shovel to the Dundalk store, who reluctantly took it back commenting, "I guess people just don't want to pay for quality anymore".

Had a great experience purchasing a bbq yesterday with my mom. Plus it was delivered first thing in the morning today. This store is so much more organized than the Bolton store!

I have bought all of my materials for my home renovation here, including windows. Had a great experience buying my windows and found the best price on the windows I was looking for, at this location. All the staff have been helpful when I've been shopping here.
