Giant lineups all the time with typically 2 or 3 unmanned cash registers. If you want to get something fast and get out quickly (because there's a pandemic if you haven't heard): DON'T SHOP HERE! Once you wait in the snakelike line to get to the one open cashier, you still have to wait for endless lottery ticket purchases and returns from the customers in front of you. Not worth the hassle.

Milk is always the best price here, so I will go all out and get the Lactancia Pur Filtered. Nice

Very first time shopping here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Found some great things. Definitely worth going to check it out if you never been. Shops clean and well organized.

Took back a package of coleslaw that I was intending to use for dinner and it had gone all mushy (the Best Before date was that day). The young girl refused to exchange it because the receipt was 2 weeks ago, I explained to her that shouldn't matter as the Best Before date was 'today' and I should have been able to use it. I have in the past used the coleslaw more than a week past the Best Before. She was not about to do anything. In the mean-time I was at the counter with another $10 of items to purchase and was there earlier in the day and spent over $30. Over the years we have spent hundreds of dollars in that store??!! We were faithful GT customers, would shop in there at least once a week - will be taking our business to the GT in Alliston (there anyway) from now on. Try to support local but sometimes it's hard too. They have lost a good customer all for a $1.97??

Looks like they're shutting down? I see lots of "last chance" signs and empty shelves. Surprised they don't have much for sales on in that case... Maybe just moving over to the new plaza. The old store is a relic,, difficult to navigate the small isles.

I love giant tiger. They picked up where zellers left off. Great sales and product. My go to store.

The staff were kind and took the time to explain their loyalty program. They were courteous and I appreciated the friendliness.

It is against human rights to refuse the use bathrooms to customers. I was forced to drive home for 30 minutes dye to staff ignoring the buzzer. Shame on this humans. No shopping here for me, I am so sick of this.

The manager was not nice seems to me she is predigice, prices are submitted on items and when u go to the cashier it's a different price, so u have to make sure u check your receipt when u shop there.

Clean and organized, easy to find what you are looking for. Wish their produce section would expand now that foodland isn't next door.
