Rude owner. She refuses to carry anything that she doesn't believe is healthy for your dog. What she has to realize is she is the closest pet store for some people other ones are 30mins away. She wouldn't even order the dog food in for me and hold it in the back. I know global Carries this food. Plus when telling her the food I use for my dog she looked at me in disgust. I have been through all the crazy healthy expensive food and none of them worked for my dog plus the bag I get is still an 80$ bag. The only good reviews are clearly when the owners isn't there. Cause I've been in there when she's not... And lovely people work there.

I ran out of food while on vacation. My father was watching our dogs. The girl/lady at the store told him they were sold out of the food we had and to use the same brand with a different formula and theyll be fine. I use wellness healthy weight. She said wellness adult will be fine. They werent ...

Owner if very rude, watches your every move, bugs you when you say you don't need help, doesn't help her staff when it's busy makes them do everything. Girls that work there are all very nice and welcoming

Lovely staff and excellent products. Fabulous they have 2 birds. They have cats for adoption and sometimes a dog. Go for a sweet visit.

It's obvious this store does not want or need the business. I have had two interactions with this store. Both times I was told that someone would get back to me right away. No one ever gets back. I have changed food now to a brand that I know Global carries but I'll be damned if I spend a dollar here.

This place sucks if i was able to give it 0 stars i would i bought a bag of dog food for my dog and a week later i took him to the vet because he wasn’t feeling well, turns out i was told the dog food was giving him kidney stones. went back to return it and tell them what happened and they told me to leave
