    I was happy with this store, it has great service. BUT... I watched an employee walk outside, with gloves on.. walk back inside, never changed gloves nor washed her hands and go back to prepping food 😲. Tall red head, Sunday Oct 23.. Maybe a REAL food manager class is called for. They're not learning anything online. Health Dept wouldn't be happy seeing that. I know I wasn't.

    This location has messed my order up 6 separate times now. Each time I go through the drive through and pull up so the cars behind me can get there food to check my order. I relies my order is wrong and go in to get it corrected. The MOD will then accuse you of lying to your face and yell out to the back where people make the food. Someone yells back I know I made it. So if you want your order wrong and to be accused of being a liar then this is the location for you! Today the same thing happened but this time I desired not to pull off before checking my order. I realized it was wrong and waved the person down at the window. I handed her the bag back and said my order is incorrect and told her my order out loud. She went through the bag and got one more thing and handed me the bag back. I knew immediately she was missing more then that so I request the most obvious missed item and pulled off since I was running late. After I got to my location I realized I was still missing 3 items. Wish I could do less then one star here since it’s a habitual issue!

    We've actually been there a couple times over the last week. Really depends on the crew, but the first time we went it was absolutely awesome. I ordered my wife and I some chalupas and couple other things supreme. They were loaded down the way they're supposed to be, and not skimping out on everything. Having said that, we went there again the following day and it wasn't as good. It was very inconsistent. We ordered the same items and one of them was kind of okay and the other one had almost nothing on it. But it was fast service and seemed friendly. Will try again for sure, but of the local locations, this one is the best of them we think.

    Absolute best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. That is saying a lot. I eat Taco Bell ALL THE TIME. Not once has any Taco Bell done what this one did for me today. It's the small things that make a big impact on customer experience. I went through the Drive-Thru today for lunch and order 4 burritos, and a cup of red sauce with a cup of nacho cheese sauce. They gave me a SPOON (This is the thing I have never had any Taco Bell think to do). At first I was confused, but then realized it was for mixing the two cups of sauce together. That alone was impressive to me, most people don't care, especially underpaid fast food cooks. They even gave me enough room to combine the two sauces, they knew what I was doing :D. Not only that, each of my items were marked clearly and without any abbreviations. Whoever is working today between 1-3 pm making the food, is absolutely awesome. Thank you if you ever see this! The customer service overall was perfect. The cashier at the window was polite, kind, and seemed to enjoy their job. Those little details make such a big difference in good vs bad customer service or customer experience. Thank you again!! EDIT: 1 week later I went for lunch again today and it was amazing yet again. I don’t know anyone that works there so this is the best way I can say thank you. Service was awesome! The drive thru was very quick and my order was fresh.

    I gotta assume rhat the place was so so veryTasty, Atmospheric, and Serviced soooo amazingly efficient & delish that they, the employees & customers, ALL closed up several hours early from all their 5-star ratings. This place is rarely open, lit up, or doing any type of business whatsoever. Never have I actually gotten to order, speak to an actual employee OR taste any type of bagged supposed Spanish cuisine from this particular culinary "NEVER-NEVER-Land" ghost town TAKe-O Ball

    I’m so tired of repeating my order multiple times, seeing it correct on the screen, and STILL having the wrong food when I leave. People are nice but please get it together.

    After years of avoiding Taco Bell, this is easily the only location I’ll order from. Despite other reviews, no issues with customer service. Hit or miss if the order is 100% correct but it’s fast food not a $20 steak.

    This is probably the third time in a row I have ordered the box with 12 tacos to feed my family and every single time I order it I ask for salsa packets. The first time I got three packets of salsa for 12 tacos how does that make since and the last two times I have received 0 packets of salsa. Why have it as something you can request if I’m never going to receive it.

    Went in to grab lunch and first went to bathroom to wash my hands. The sink was broken. Completely broken, no water, drain pipe was disconnected. I’m not going to eat with dirty hands so I left and went next door to McDonald’s. It also made me wonder how the employees wash their hands. Yuck 🤮

    If y’all would stop putting those disgusting rolled tacos in cravings boxes you would get more customers. Every time I want to order and that’s the option I end up not even going to Taco Bell for a while until I know for sure those nasty things are gone. The store wasn’t bad but the menu is garbage when that’s the option. Regular combos are a rip off so the cravings box is the only thing I get and when it’s trash I’ll just stay away all together thanks maybe pass this along because I know I’m not the only one that thinks this way.

    Impressive food quality for Taco Bell, but the staff service was not good. My order got messed up, which happens. However, the attitude of the staff was below sub par. I get that it's fast food, but they genuinely made me feel uncomfortable to be there. Overall decent experience, but I won't be coming back. Best of luck to y'all.

    This place was great until maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. Every order since then has been sloppy, and missing the basics. When we order and pay for Supreme items, they leave out the sour cream and tomatoes. They type in the order and have us verify that the order is right on the screen, but then they don't give you what you order. Tried to call about it today (after ignoring the issue the first 2 times) but they don't answer the phone at this location. Inflation being what it is today it's worth a mention on here, so people know what to expect.

    Note for GOOGLE MAPS users. The MAPS shows Taco Bell as part of Quick Trip. While it is actually North Of both Quick Trip and McDonald's. The side road west of Quick Trip goes past McDonald's to Taco Bell.

    What can I say it's Taco 🔔 Bell 🤷🏻‍♀️ Service is non-existent unless you wave down someone on the food prep line. Other than that you're the server just use the kiosk. Next thing you know voila they still mess up your orders 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🙄

    I would not even give this place a 1 if I had a choice. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! There were six of us. Literally the tacos had nothing in them. No meat to speak of at all. When we asked the employees if we could have more meat they wanted to charge us. We did end up paying for the meat that wasn't in the taco to begin with. There was eye rolling, loud music, singing and dancing in the kitchen. When we left the employees came to the front door yelling fu and flipping us the finger. Whoever was working on Thursday night, September 15th needs to be reprimanded or fired for their customer service skills. I hope this isn't routine behavior because this Taco Bell will not stay in business. These kids need some serious training in customer service and if there was a manager they need management training. I was appalled. I had never experienced anything like this in my life! We will not be back!

    Quick turnaround on orders, just make sure you check your bag before leaving, they've forgotten things once or twice. Never an issue to get it fixed though.

    Went again against my better judgment bc we needed food fast. We sent back our order 2x before finally just leaving with the wrong order for the 3rd time. Seriously this place needs to get it together. 3 try to get our order right and still couldn't do it. How is that even possible. 0 stars.
