These people are on point!!!! Best pizzas!! Love that pizza cheese and the marinara....yummmm!yummy!! They have my order saved on computer so I give my # when I walk in, they see my usual and order it. 9 mins later I have 2 hand tossed medium pizzas! Did I mention the garlic butter they put on the crust when it comes outta the oven!? Omgosh!!! Great pizza store!! Love the employees too! They are fast yet friendly!!! Efficient!!! I go frequently.

This was the pizza I got last night from this Domino’s. I’m done ordering from here never get good food anymore.

When I first started going to this location, the pizza was great. Little to zero complaints. Over the past month or so, it's gone downhill. I've received burnt pizza, drenched in sauce pizza, undercooked pizza and more. As you can see in the photos, the last two pizzas have been a disappointment as well. Pizza before tonights was supposed to have jalapeno on half. It's like whoever made the pizza grabbed a massive handful and dumped them on like two pieces of pizza. There was also a tremendous amount of crust. Like half of the pizza was crust and half had sauce and cheese and toppings. An extreme disappointment. Tonights pizza had basically no sauce, it was so dry, like a bread stick with pepperoni. It was also extremely thin, almost a thin crust. This is probably my 6th pizza that was just a mess. I like Domino's and hoped the quality would improve. Maybe they just had a bad night right? Well I'm done. I'm not paying double for something that's worse than Walmart frozen pizza. Just ridiculous. Update: I forwarded my information to the email address provided two weeks ago and have not received a response.

I ordered 7 pizzas for my 2 yr old granddaughters birthday party 1-22-2023. After arriving to the party and opening the boxes none of the pizzas were cut good enough to pick up a piece. We had to tear it which made a not so perfect slice of pizza. They the last 3 boxes were burned. This was my first time ordering at this location and probably my last. I gave a 2 because it was done on time.

This was a horrible experience, we pulled up to the drive through window and they said it was coming out of the oven and we should pull up out front and they would bring it right out. 20 minutes later I had to go in and there was 6 or 7 workers most of them standing around and my order was sitting there getting cold. I ordered a Brooklyn Meetza and it was a hand tossed poorly cut, we had to cut it at home and it was barely warm as was my pasta.

Can literally never get my order right, and management has done nothing to fix it either time and has a horrible attitude for no reason. Try to do better or do yourself a favor and don't order from this location.

I love my local dominos the young man Benjamin at the front was super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to order again!

I simply do not understand how hard it could possibly be to cut a pizza all the way through. It would be one thing if it was a rare occurrence, but it’s absolutely every single time, no matter the day or time. This applies to 1417 location as well as the location on Loy Lake, both located in Sherman, Tx.

I’ve never had a bad pizza from this location in 3 years ordering there. Always good and fresh!! Thanks

If I could give this specific location a 10 star review, I would. I got a pizza and it was pretty dry so I called them to see if I could have it remade and usually, I dread asking for remakes because the employees are normally so rude about it but a young man named Alejandro answered the phone and he was so kind and pleasant about it and I'm pregnant so it's the kind interactions that matter the most.

Steve Palmer is a very sad man when it comes to employment, his office staff are unable to determine the expiration date of a insurance policy. Terminating employees all because he is mad at me for not providing an expiration date when I clearly stated 6 months from 2/2/2023. He under pays st all his dominos in sherman, pottsboro, denison, va, and I believe Anna. He has no spine and wont talk to people directly or train his office staff correctly. But nope lets fire people because its easier and be a small man. Dont eat here. The place and practices are deplorable.

Worst service every time. We stopped getting pizza here because our last two orders were wrong. My oldest son had a craving for a sandwich and a pizza from Domino's. So he picked up our order from Little Cesar's and then got his order. When he got home the sandwich was fine. A little burned but he didn't mine. The pizza however was completely wrong. My husband called to speak with the manger which we have spoken to everytime we have issues and she was barely audible and said the pizza would be remade. They did but it was the wrong size.

No need for discussion. The last dominoes I will use is this one. The managerial staff tremendous. It really is good pizza

By far the worst tasting pizza I've had. All you can taste is oil and garlic. Can't taste the sauce, cheese or even the pepperoni. On top of that the pizza leaves a disgusting aftertaste. The garlic bites greasy and dripping from the box.

Never had any major issues in the three years I've lived out here. The one or two times I've ever had anything come out wrong, they were very quick to fix. Good employee attitudes all around, in store and out. Give these guys some love, corporate.

I live on a corner lot 2 blocks from this restaurant. My pizza came out of the oven at 8:57pm and didn't make it to my house until 9:23pm. He went right by my house to make other deliveries and then went back to the store to pick up my pizza for delivery. The pizza was cold and the salad was warm. Considering it had been out of the oven for almost 30 minutes by the time it was delivered, its understandable it would be cold. I called the restaurant and the manager (Valerie) didn't seem to care.

Drive through window makes it easy to take advantage of the cheap large one topping pizza deal. Service is always fast and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was a decent pizza. I'll definitely return for another carryout. The drive thru is pretty convenient.

Place is worthless! Slow, always excuses never enough people or drivers yet the food is always cold and takes 45 mins or longer to get food after the trackers say on the way...

Today I placed in online order at 1120 was called back at 1130 to let me know I will be getting my pizzas in approximately 2 hrs. The young lady was very persistent in me canceling my good. Because they had no driver or to come get it, which I couldn’t do. She was very hostile in her tone and refused to give me her name and advised me that I had no choice in the matter. I then asked for her manger and she said it will take a while but I need to hold. When I ask her what her managers name was so i can introduce myself properly, she refuses that as well and tried to tell me it is a state law to give out names (which I know is a lie). She put me on hold for like 10 minutes then the call was hung up. I immediately call back the same young lady answer in a much more rude tone and I once again requested the manager, she then at that point advised me she is on her way. Upon speaking to the manger in duty as identified, she refuses her name and said they will make my pizza now (at that point around 1145pm) but it will take over 2 hours to get it. I asked her the process because at that point my pizza will be cold and she advices me she will just turn up the hot table for a couple of hours while the pizza sit so it would be warm. I inquired her what about the quality of the pizza over all not just the temperature. She said I had no choice but to wait for it. (Which I understand short staffing) I advised her that her very upsetting tone was not professional and I’m sorry she is struggling . I asked her what steps to take if I recieved my product as late as projected and it was unsatisfactory. She stated to call back tomorrow and talk with someone. So again I ask her her name so if there was a problem I know who I spoke with…she refuses. Aggravated I ask her to simply cancel my original order and what steps that included and and what to expect. I then proceeded to as for the General Mangers name so I could specifically speak to that person at a later point, she then I turned tried to tell me again it was a law (another lie) I apologized to her that she was having such a bad night that her and the other girl were so unhappy by my business and inquisitions About the current situation. I ask ask if there was anything she would be willing to do or credit or anything for my inconvenience because I had just wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break on the phone with her and now have no lunch. She then explain to me the only thing she will do is refund my money. And that is it. Definitely made me feel like I was such a burden, there are plenty other competitive pizzerias in the area that I will gladly utilize for my business. So rude Dominos !!!!! And you have your employees lying to customers!!!

The Domino's on Loy Lake is the only one I will go to. They are always super friendly and nice and have your order ready on time. The Domino's on 1417 I will never go to ever again. One of the managers is extremely rude and was absolutely no help when there was an issue with my order and essentially told me it was my fault. I had never been so mad and upset with someone who has a role of leadership in customer service. But the Domino's on Loy Lake has always made my experience with them pleasant and I've always been satisfied with my order and my interactions with the employees.

Ordered pizza last weekend and it wasn't great. Cheese tasted off. Pizza was off and more on the burnt side but....... Today...oh wow...today's pizza's were PERFECT! the gentleman in the back cooking was nice and he did a GREAT job on the pizza's.

Just skip this place. There is clearly no effort being made there to provide any kind of quality product. Cheese dip is also sauce poured over an unmelted glob of cheese. Our pizzas toppings were all in the center of the pizza and our wings were barely tossed in the sauce.

You guys need to change your times. I was trying to order just like 5 mins ago and they told me that they are closed! But I'm the site it says 1am. I needed food with my medicine and now I can't even get it. Smh

One of the worst pizza's I've ever had. The wrong crust, there must be a shortage of sauce, extremely dry. I think I'll start going elsewhere

This Domino's is on a different level - FAST AF BOIII - for real though, this pizza is dank, and it got here in under 30 mins - no complaints.

Just ordered dinner of pizza and hot wings, was a little late being delivered but pizza was COLD, and 3 slices out of a medium pizza had no meat at all, and hot wings ice cold and had a freezer taste. They also sent a free cold cheesy bread, it's in the trash inedible. No more Domino's.

I enjoy eating here but tonight was something out of a not so funny comedy. I ordered a pizza at 625 my elderly mother said she would pick it up cause she was in the area, after what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait turned out to her leaving after 830. she arrived home less than 2 miles with an ice cold pizza that she paid for she's not the type to complain, bless her heart.

Ordered the 2 large with 2 topping 1 was thin crust with sausage and hamburger and the other was supposed to be pan pizza, I specifically asked for the thickest 1 and had half banana peppers with sausage and half cheese. Got home, pizza was cold, crust was so hard I couldn't eat it & it was rather dry, as if no sause was on either 1 and I got hand tossed, not pan. And I only live 5 min away, so pizza should not have been cold. Never had problems with my food, & always great service. But tonight, I was disappointed in my pizza.

I’ve ordered pizza and pasta 3 times over the last few months. The first two were good. The third was not. It was delivered quickly but way overcooked. The pizza was dry and the cheese on the pasta was burnt to the point that it was black and as hard as gravel.

Got 2 pasta entrees and my piece of free pie. Asked if they had put silverware in and response was yes but got home and no silverware. And here lately I have noticed there is barely any sauce it's almost dry.

I dont eat pizza to much anymore but i had a craving for some and the first pizza that came to mind was Doninos! Great exp. Staff was easy to order with and the pizza hit the spot.

Whoever that skylar girl is, is SO amazing, will definitely be coming back here, she was so nice and fast with my large order, and when I say large, I mean LARGE. Best customer service ever!

i don’t know why but every time i send my boyfriend to go get a pizza the pizza is never what it is supposed to look like it looks disgusting but i live so far i can’t even make it there on time for them to re make it. i feel like if you don’t like your job just quit because now i am upset i wasted MY money on a pizza i don’t want to even eat anymore.

Not only did my mess up my order, having to return to get my soda, but when I called up to get my order fixed they lied saying they called ME saying I told them to put mushrooms since they were out of onions. So over an hour later, I received my over cooked order. At least they brought the soda this time.

Count ya days….. So we eat here at least 4/5 a month n my last 2 times was terrible. I couldn’t get my free pizza last week and then tonight my pizza wasn’t cooked all the way 🥴😤
