If
I
may
be
kind,
there
is
a
lot
of
room
for
improvement
in
this
tertiary
hotel.
Come
if
youâre
not
fussy.
But
if
youâre
used
to
good-better-best,
be
prepared
to
lower
your
expectations
when
you
stay
here.
PS:
if
they
improve,
Iâd
be
willing
to
try
again.
But
right
now,
no.
âââââ
Just
because
the
marquee
reads
âMarriottâ
doesnât
mean
the
standard
is
upheld.
while
the
front
lobby
looks
incredible,
thatâs
where
the
greatness
stops.
The
dining
area
could
use
a
wipe
down
to
clear
out
the
grime.
I
have
nothing
against
the
friendliness
and
the
eagerness
to
help
of
the
staff,
they
were
lovely:
the
service
was
five
star
worthy.
The
building
and
amenities,
however,
were
not.
We
are
a
family
of
five,
and
we
were
able
to
fit
somewhat
comfortably
in
the
two
bedroom
corner
suite
(room
301)
but
our
main
complaint
was
the
cleanliness,
or
rather
the
lack
thereof.
There
were
crusty
mucus
boogers
on
the
wall,
make
up
stains
on
the
bathroom
sink,
smudges
on
bathroom
doors,
and
that
was
before
looking
up
to
see
water
marks,
dents,
and
scratches
on
the
ceiling.
One
of
the
bedrooms
had
a
horrible
smell
of
old
cigarettes
that
seem
to
waft
in
from
the
suite
below
or
above.
My
daughters
were
coughing
the
morning
after
(note:
we
are
not
smokers).
Sequins
randomly
spotted
on
the
floor,
scratches
and
mucus
on
the
wall,
and
my
wife
noticed
a
spot
of
blood
on
the
bed
comforter.
Again,
the
staff
were
wonderful,
and
I
have
nothing
ill
to
say
about
them.
As
a
matter
of
fact,
they
are
the
only
reasons
why
I
am
not
giving
this
a
one
star,
because
I
have
stayed
three
star
suites
that
had
better
cleanliness
than
this.
1.75/5
with
room
for
improvement.
