It was nice hotel itself. But getting checked in took 30 minutes and when we finally got our room they 1.gave us the wrong room and 2. We weren’t given the right key card so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get into our room. Checking out took just as long as well, as they needed 3 employees to help us give us the correct amount of money back from our deposit. Overall wasn’t terrible, very nice place but they seem just a little unorganized.

If I may be kind, there is a lot of room for improvement in this tertiary hotel. Come if you’re not fussy. But if you’re used to good-better-best, be prepared to lower your expectations when you stay here. PS: if they improve, I’d be willing to try again. But right now, no. ————— Just because the marquee reads “Marriott” doesn’t mean the standard is upheld. while the front lobby looks incredible, that’s where the greatness stops. The dining area could use a wipe down to clear out the grime. I have nothing against the friendliness and the eagerness to help of the staff, they were lovely: the service was five star worthy. The building and amenities, however, were not. We are a family of five, and we were able to fit somewhat comfortably in the two bedroom corner suite (room 301) but our main complaint was the cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof. There were crusty mucus boogers on the wall, make up stains on the bathroom sink, smudges on bathroom doors, and that was before looking up to see water marks, dents, and scratches on the ceiling. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell of old cigarettes that seem to waft in from the suite below or above. My daughters were coughing the morning after (note: we are not smokers). Sequins randomly spotted on the floor, scratches and mucus on the wall, and my wife noticed a spot of blood on the bed comforter. Again, the staff were wonderful, and I have nothing ill to say about them. As a matter of fact, they are the only reasons why I am not giving this a one star, because I have stayed three star suites that had better cleanliness than this. 1.75/5 with room for improvement.

Our stay here was fantastic! Special shout-out to the front desk staff. Ivan and Harkirat were incredible during our stay! Every room comes with a kitchenette. Breakfast was filling every morning. The pool is an option but you have to cross the parking lot to the Four Seasons. Definitely would stay here if we ever pass through Edmonton again!

Filthy! Deserves 0 stars. Back of bathroom door had multiple strands of 2 foot long black hair. Hair in the sink, Dirt in the shower and a hair elastic left on the towel hook. Not a peep from management. Unacceptable.

Very good experience after four points didn't read my reservation properly and turned my family away at 1130pm after driving all night. Would recommend this hotel but never stay at four points unless you enjoy drunken parents with full sports team children out of control, seems to be a constant thing at four points.

My Spouse checked us in for my birthday, the customer service from Limone was superb, and she went above and beyond in making sure we had a great stay. The manager, Anita was very fantastic and very considerate for my family by ensuring we had a breakfast, even though we came late for breakfast, And the kitchen attendant was helpful. - Abiodun Daramola

Staff super helpful and friendly. Room floors need carpet and flooring deep cleaned as our feet were black and had to wear our socks or shoes. Needs improvement on deep cleaning every so often. Breakfast needs improvement as sausage should be browned not nuked. 2nd time back. Hope cleanliness improves.

Great value as a place to stay while we were in the neighbourhood overnight. This isn’t a luxury vacation hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable with an impressive kitchenette and large shower. The breakfast was underwhelming, especially the hot items, but can’t really complain about a free meal. Staff were fantastic. Would stay here again.

Very Poor front desk service specially the guy who work in pink uniform all the time on the personal phone, watching videos. When we at front desk we've to call 3 to 4 times. At last the guy with the white uniform (Guess: Manager) is very non professional in behavior. Felt likes a very poor Management. Thank You

Nice room. Had a little kitchen area if you wanted to stay in and make your own food.

It has everything you need for more extended stays and is clean and good. The complimentary breakfast could be better. The coffee there is among the worst I have ever drunk! I recommend it for longer stays.

The hotel is nice and the staff are amazing. But unfortunately they are one of the many hotels nowadays that implement their own tv interface. This means you cannot change the input to your own hdmi and it doesn't allow you to hook up your own laptop or gaming console without it being heavily lagged, stuck at full volume or just non-functional at all. If you are like 90% of the human population that uses internet based electronics I would highly recommend literally any other hotel in Sherwood Park. For this reason alone they receive a 1-star; only because the option for zero does not exist.

The property is located in Sherwood Park. It is a not so busy place. Very calm and quiet at night. The room that we checked in was large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean and has kitchenette complete with utensils. And a table that can let people eat comfortably. The bed and pillows were perfect too. The complimentary breakfast was great and filling. And lastly, the service was absolutely amazing!

Wish I could give it 4.5/5 because it's almost perfect. Stayed in the one king bed suite. Room was clean and quiet. The bed has a nice layout. Marriot has a super easy to use booking system, our keys were easy to obtain through the app. Didn't find any housekeeping issues. Kitchen is very well laid out for the size. Marriot's reward program (Bonvoy) is fantastic if you travel a lot. Very pet-friendly. Only things I didn't like were: The bed itself is very firm, bordering on hard. The shower doesn't have a closing door, which can lead to some spray in the bathroom. The continental breakfast is bad. Fortunately, there are close restaurants that are good.

Right off the highway. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent, but could use more protein options. Linens were clean but had some stains (normal wear and tear). Note if you're traveling with pets: the pet fee here is PER PET per night, so that was an unanticipated extra cost for us since we had 2 cats with us. Also double check the floor space in your room before letting your pets roam, we found garbage and food under the beds and behind the furniture that would have been toxic to our cats if they had found it first.

This hotel does not allow dogs larger then 50 lbs at there hotel. I’ve stayed at many Marriotts with my Great Danes and I’m very let down by this. Glad I called to verify . Cancelled my booking immediately.

Bright, airy, modern, and clean rooms. Comes with a kitchen too. Not much more to ask for at this price point.

New accommodations, had to evacuate the hotel due to fire alarm deployment. Customer cooking caused the issue.. Great rates at this time !

Don’t bother making a reservation, very unorganized and unprofessional Hotel. The point of booking a reservation is to avoid the chances of them having “no room”.

Stayed at this hotel mid-Sep 2021 for 2 nights as part of a mini-holiday. My experience was exactly what I've come to expect in a TownePlace - functional, clean and uncrowded. I have stayed at numerous Marriott properties over the years and this ranks as one of the better ones. Even though the hotel opened in 2020, parts of it still seem to be new. The fitness room was good. Treadmills, ellipticals, 2 benches and dumbells from 5-50 lbs. Slight criticism that there is no multi-use pulley rack that exists at other TownePlace locations. There is a water dispenser with cups and towels. Used the laundry room. Thumbs up. $2 for the washer, $1.50 for the dryer which gave a generous amount of time. On the north & west sides of the hotel there is a large field. It's nice to stay at a location where you're not surrounded by people on all sides. There is a good shopping area just to the east of the hotel, Emerald Hills. Everything there seemed new and clean. The hotel is close yet not too close to Yellowhead Hwy 16. The staff here care about the hotel and their guests and it shows. I must mention Mallika in particular. Thank you for your kindness and great service, Mallika ! As well, Talia and our room cleaner were polite and helpful. Overall, this is a hotel I would highly recommend.

Gratitude and appreciation to the Managers Sarah, Jaz and all staff members for making this the greatest experience I've had in a hotel. A generous and warm welcoming staff greeted me daily . The hotel is conveniently located in Sherwood Park, with multiple amenities within walking distance. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. With an amazing view from the top floor. Brand new King size bed! Has a full kitchen, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove top and all the kitchenware required to make any meal. Free WIFI and a smart TV to stream Netflix and youtube made for enjoyable nights. Endless hot water in the beautiful shower! Hotel is equipped with laundry facility, a gym with cardio equipment and free weights. Continental breakfast each morning. Fantastic cleaning staff, everyone is happy and friendly. I recommend staying and give it a 10 out of 10!

This hotel is beautiful and surrounded by other hotels. Our room was spacious which was perfect for the little ones to run around. They have complimentary hot breakfast The swimming pool is in the next hotel, other than that it is a beautiful hotel with complimentary parking. You have your own kitchenet perfect for families.

Overpriced hotel with Rude, Unprofessional and Disgusting behavior towards their customers. Avoid this place... Had a reservation made a few weeks in advance. When arrived they had no reservation in their system. Unprofessional service at reception, waisted 25 minutes waiting for them to get told that it is my fault and I have to make a new reservation. Left that place immediately and went across the street to Sandman Signature Hotel. What a huge difference in service. Got checked in in a few minutes with professional, friendly, respectful manner.

Spacious and full kitchen for a Double bedroom suite. We celebrated our son’s 2nd birthday and was happy that all of our guests were comfortable. Staffs were friendly, accomodating and helpful. You can also borrow small appliances in your room for free😀 We’ll definitely come back and recommend to our family and friends.

Booked for 2 nights. At 6pm the next day room was not cleaned, no fresh towels. Had to ask the front desk to clean our room? At 200.00 per night that's not good
