Gaming center in very busy Shibuya area known for their famous crosswalk area. Street entrance immediately takes you downstairs, where you enter directly into the adult gaming room that is dimly lit and is like a cross between all teenagers arcade and a casino with slot machines. There are change machines that dispense tokens, an information desk, and a separate room for those who want to smoke. 1st floor is for adults only, so sorry, kids, you can't linger on this floor eve. with a parent. On the second floor is a very brightly lit level full of claw machines, 100 Yen change machines, and a small information desk. There were numerous attendants resetting prizes after patrons won and even after the struggle for what is probably hours without winning. Prizes ranged to small key chains, small/medium/large/extra large plush stiff animals to anime figures, snacks, candy, beef jerky, and JPOP items. It was a fun diversion on our trip to Tokyo, but it could have been much more expensive. It was good to experience, but much like gambling, we cut our losses after 30 minutes of fun.

Don’t use the claw machines here, they are more expensive than their other locations. Go to the Ueno location, that one gives dolls away fairly. The whole hour I was at this location I didn’t see a single person win anything.

If you want to waste money like a real Japanese, this is the place. Gatcha and gambling, the Japanese bread and butter.

Arcades and claw ( scam😅) games. As everything different from the ones we are used to. Interesting to see.... Hard to play. About the claw .... Is a gamble... Or trick may be a scam.... You will not get the toy anyway.

A huge busy station which is very confusing to me as a tourist. The train staff customer service is helpful attending to questions and showing directions.

Not the biggest arcade I have been to, but they still had a great selection of games and claw machines.

My hubby got the Mango yogurt with tapioca and lyche 30% sweetness, and i got the brown sugar Jasmine milk tea with tapioca and 50% sweetness. The Boba balls were a little over cooked, probably because it was late at night, but the flavors were all delightful.

Multiple floors of entertainment. Games and claw machines were much easier to win than the Akihabara location. Better quality prizes too!

Love that it's near our hotel & the staff are so kind 💯🤗 We have won quite some prices there!

Cool spot! Floors on floors of entertainment. Lots of stuffed animal grab machines. More arcade first person games would be nice
