The best ramen I had in my entire life. The place is located at basement of Toho Cinema. I didn't realize this resto until I saw long queue line in front of it. You must be really patient because they have a limited seating capacity. Once waiter call, go inside to pay yourself then back to queue line until he calls you again. All menu contain pork, if you're moslem, the only menu you can eat is miso, although in menu said it contain pork, but you can ask for no pork. The taste? It was very good!!

Very Recommended for Spicy Lover. Nice Spicy ramen Pretty nice ramen. Its a more chinese influenced style of ramen with very thin noodles, lots of cabbage and pretty spicy soup! The ramen is ranked from 0-10 flames however they don't have many low spice options (I think there was one option at 0 flames and the next one was 3 flames). I got a Nortpole (hokkyoku 9 flame) ramen and it was very spicy. I typically eat a lot of spicy food so it wasn't too hot for me. If you are a fan of spicy food and ramen then I highly recommend this place.

Spiciest Ramen in town! And guess what, you can't stop eating it. It's THAT good. I always come here for the spiciest order on the menu. Even that sometimes, there is a long queue, the queue is usually quick and the wait is really worth it This is spicy food lovers' haven.

I went to Nakamoto for the first time in like over a decade. Didn’t think it would be crowded since it was after 4pm, past prime lunch time, but then there was a queue. However, the line moved smoothly and we were able to get seated within 10-15 minutes. Good operation. We ordered one regular Nakamoto ramen, the ladies set (with Hokkyoku meaning the North Pole) and some side dishes, and shared these by two people. It was so delicious that we’ll probably go there again soon, but got diarrhea after 6 hours and 11 hours…..

The noodles are tasty. Fact. However the spiciness is.....mild for me even at level 9. This here is the North Pole Tanmen. In terms of spiciness, I'd say it's more than a jalepeno, less than a habanero. If you can take a habanero straight without any problems, this is a cake walk for you.

Got the #5 on the English menu, which is #1 with extra vegetables. Not too hot if you’re used to spicy food (I think the restaurant rates this 6/10 on their heat scale). Good portion, flavorful broth, and no line when I went at 3PM on a weekday.

If you look super white they'll pull out the top secret English menu. 😈 I ordered the 100% hottest option for the bragging rights. It was *spicy* but no overly so-- I think most people could handle it so try it! It's ¥800 Every other option on the menu looked better however.... It says no cameras but I'm a rebel so I snapped a picture of this GIGANTIC heaping bowl this guy ordered
