I
made
a
reservation
online
because
I
was
in
excruciating
pain,
and
despite
arriving
5
to
10
minutes
before
my
appointed
time,
I
had
to
wait
for
almost
45
minutes.
After
15
minutes
of
waiting
with
no
one
coming,
I
had
to
go
looking
for
a
nurse.
Despite
that,
the
doctor
didn't
come
until
10
minutes
later.
The
doctor
that
came
apologized
for
the
lateness,
but
told
me
that
in
the
end,
I
would
have
to
wait
more.
He
asked,
"what
I
had".
If
I
need
what
was
wrong
with
me
I
wouldn't
go
to
a
clinic
to
start
with.
He
ended
with
a
"We
might
not
be
able
to
help
you".
Those
aren't
the
words
I
want
to
hear
from
a
doctor
when
I
have
been
in
pain
for
2
days.
He
left
and
I
had
to
wait
for
another
doctor
to
actually
come
and
visit
me.
When
he
finally
came,
it
felt
rushed,
like
he
didn't
want
to
be
there
as
in
he
had
better
things
to
do.
Looked
at
my
problem
and
literally
said
"I
don't
know
what's
wrong."
Another
set
of
words
I
do
not
want
to
hear
from
a
doctor.
Told
me
"go
to
this
kind
of
specialist"
and
that
was
it.
Gave
me
a
prescription
for
medicine
for
a
problem
he
doesn't
know
how
to
solve
and
asked
a
nurse
to
take
off
some
blood
for
testing.
I
don't
know
why
he
wanted
to
do
blood
testing
when
the
doctor
told
me
to
go
to
a
specialist.
And
he
didn't
even
bother
to
recommend
anyone
he
knew
of.
I
left
the
clinic
but
I
broke
down
in
tears
as
soon
as
the
kind
pharmacist
started
talking
to
me.
Couldn't
stop
crying
in
pain
and
frustration
as
I
left
the
building.
In
pain,
I
went
to
another
clinic
where
they
treated
me
with
more
kindness
and
speed
than
here.
Long
story
short,
I
was
there
for
an
hour
just
to
be
turned
away
with
no
solutions
and
a
bill.
I
will
not
be
coming
back,
not
even
for
a
follow-up
on
my
blood
test,
and
I
will
not
recommend
it
to
anyone.

for
"or
if
you
are
not
feeling
well
or
do
not
know
what
department
to
go
to,
you
can
consult
with
us
(...)
After
conducting
a
medical
examination,
we
will
show

to

next.
