消費者センターに相談することになりました。
通っていましたが仕事の関係で解約しました。
入会は店で簡単にできるのに対して、解約は店で完全にはできないしわかりづらく、メールでのやり取り。事務所の電話番号はない。
メールは埋もれますし確認できなく解約手続き完了できておらず、無駄に半年払い続けていました。
利用履歴もないにもかかわらず事務局から連絡は一切ありませんでした。
イベントお知らせメールなどはありますが解約のそれは見つからず、迷惑フォルダにはいることもあるようです。。一ヶ月で消えるとか。SMSでも連絡するとか利用履歴なかったら店から解約意思表示してるのだから電話するとかなにか対処しないのかなと思います。
気づきすぐ連絡しても、今からだとあと2ヶ月分は引き落としがありますとメールがありました。
利用していない分は返金してほしいくらいなのに、来月のも払えといわれています。
皆様にもそうしていますという一点張りでしたので他にも被害者がいるかと。
消費者は弱い立場にいます。忙しい方は特に検討された方が良いです。
メールで完了かと思いきや直筆で解約届けを書かないといけないらしく印刷かアプリをダウンロードして書いて提出が必要です。
入るのが簡単で出るのが複雑なのはシステムがわかりづらく悪質さを感じました。
トレーナーやスタッフさんに申し分はないと思っていますが、やり方が怖いです。通っていたときにも靴下買うときクレジットカード記録はもうされておりボタンを押すだけだったのも少々不安を覚えました。
初めてこのようなトラブルに見舞われ怖い思いと共に疲労してしまいました。
通っていた際に悪い印象がなかっただけにもめるのは嫌ですが、解約対応に納得ができず気づかないならいいやという悪質さも感じたため対応次第で消費者センターに相談しました。
泣き寝入りする方が多いのかもしれませんがどうしても納得できないため事実を口コミに書きました。
事務局のメールの返信は遅く、こちらから解約手続きの締め切りは早いので検討されている方でメールチェックや明細チェックをしないようなマメじゃない方は向かないかもしれません。仕事などで忙しく引き落としになかなか気づかないでトラブルや、同じことにならないように願います。
6ヶ月9万弱払い続けて無駄でした。一生忘れないトラウマです。
気づかなかったら永遠搾り取られていたと考えると。。悔しく残念でなりませんでした。
