Visited the boutique to collect my online order and had a pleasant experience. The store is pretty massive and they had a lot of merchandise available unlike some other stores that had lesser inventory.

I didn’t appreciate how the Chinese SA lady approached me and my friend. But a Japanese intern was very polite and attentive, hence, the extra stars.

sales person is not so professional and not sure if they are looking customers in different ways. I almost buy the one for my wife but we left to go another LV store... Luckily, service is totally different....and the bag we bought is not cheap....

Visited this store a few times while on vacation in Tokyo. Everyone was so nice, but my friends and I had the best experience with Client Advisor, Kaori Morikawa! She was so helpful, so patient and so kind! Will be visiting and purchasing again when we come back!

Free art gallery on the 7th floor with great views of the area from above. A great free thing to do while in Tokyo.
