Don't book the room via the phone number given here. They cancelled the bookings on the day of check-in and still haven't received my money back. Edit: got money after almost a month and a half, most probably because of this review (the company told me to delete this review 😁).

Price is too high, rooms are not clean, also cockroach are there. Dirty rooms

Really Very nice entrance and good ambience at Sindhu bhavan road. This is considered as the rich people road as it is connected to Rajpath Club Road. Rooms are neet and clean. Hotel staff is very co-operative and understanding. Their services are good. Parking facilities are available and valet parking is also there. They have nice banquet hall for product launchings, kitties, housies, parties, Birthday parties, small marriage functions upto 100 persons capacity, this hall is really good and very nicely decorated. Food quality is satisfying. Hygiene and cleaning is maintained. Good place for everybody to enjoy. They have restaurant at the ground floor with good varieties with moderate rates above average but little expensive.

stay away from this place.. bad room... stinky washroom.. what is room service? service staff is not at all supportive except the guy sitting on reception.. they dont have breakfast facility.. tv not working.. geyser controlled from reception area.. narrow passages and above al.. no emergency exit...

This one star I have given for lift and gyser. Only these two things were perfect. Rest you see there were marks of spits on the wall near bed, the bedside drawer wasn't dusted since 1977. No staff on the reception. Busting loud music since morning, Knocking doors late at night. Girls (alone) who are thinking to book this, don't. If you ask for water, they'll refil the bottles they have. They won't give you seal pack bottles unless you ask them to. As we entered the room the washroom was wet, used soap was in the basin. Bedsheet and quilt were pale yellow and torn. Room itself was so small that you can't even stretch to your last extent, horizontally. We were so full by these beautiful sights that we didn't ordered the food, also they don't provide food. You have to order it from swiggy or Zomato.

For staying one night only, it is comfortable. Room services are not good. Look vice room is looking very nice. Ac was there but not fully functional. Dish tv was there, but not fully functional.

Room quality is average And the location is a little bit noisy Property needs renovations The room coast is a little bit high compared to room quality

Very bed rooms, no proper service

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean, and there were issues with the plumbing. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my stay. Actually This Hotel not deserve any star. Very Rude behaviour with Customer.

Very co operative staff and location wise it's it's just situated in the heart of bopal and just beside of iscon platinum you'll get transportation and food options very easily

Bath rooms are very dirty and it’s beyon the redemption. All there bed sheets are also very dirty. This hotel is managed by guys and they don’t care about cleanliness, just the money, they are also very unwelcoming.

Worst thing you could ever expect. Rude staff and they just call off your reservation in the middle of the night so don't have any other place to go.

The worst hotel to visit. Really bad experience. The manager was really busting out badly on everyone. The washroom was really dirty and unhygienic and rooms were really small and dirty. Beds were so dirty. The Google pictures are different then the real rooms.

It's an above average place for arranging parties. Food was just ok. They cut corners and try to save food while serving. Overall it can be avoided in favour of better place.

"I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. I immediately felt at home and taken care of as soon as I entered. I had everything I needed for a nice stay in the spotlessly clean accommodation. The hotel provided absolutely excellent service and paid exceptional attention to detail. The lovely view from my accommodation was my favourite part. Without a doubt, I'll return.
