栃木は案外ホルモン出すところ多いが実は一度も頼んだ事が無かった。
こちらは有名なブロガーさんが紹介していた記事が美味しそうだったので一度食べてみたいと思い伺いました(また有名ブロガー発信の後追い、インフルエンサーにはまだ当分なれそうもない)
ホルモン定食(500円)とホルモンW定食(860円)のどちらを選ぶかで迷ったが、単品のレバニラが360円だったのを見て、ホルモン定食と単品レバニラを注文。
ホルモン定食は見た目少ないかな？と思ったが味の濃さを考えたらこの量で充分。
味は甘辛いヤンニョン系の味。何より驚いたのは見た目に反してバラエティに富んだホルモンの食感よ。
最初は豚バラの様な食感から、ホルモンのプルっとした食感もあり、ところどころでレバーも入っている。凄い美味しい。
レバニラがくるのが分かっていたのでご飯と共にセーブしながら食べる。
そして登場するレバニラ。
レバニラと書いているが、レバー、ニラのみならず、もやし、ニンジン、きくらげまで入っている。
味は塩コショウ味のシンプルなレバニラだ。
下に野菜からのスープが出ているのが不安になったが、レバーはプリっぷり野菜はシャクシャクで美味い。
レバニラの野菜をホルモンの皿に入れて甘辛たれに絡めて味変して食べると面白い。ぺろりといける。皿に残ったスープはもちろんグイっといく。
最後は一人飯の特権。
残していたご飯にホルモンのカスを汁ごとぶっかけて食べるお下品だが最強に美味いぶっかけ飯で占めさせて頂きました。
野菜も肉も充分に取れて満足の一食でした。
