【当施設】は、下妻市大園木にある下妻市立の近隣公園であり、施設内に農産物直売所やレストラン「パークハウス陽陽」(写真参照)、農産物加工体験施設が併設されるとともに、子どものための遊具が多数設置され、藤棚が小山の築山周りを囲み、白や紫の藤房が垂れ下がり、色彩や匂いで人を迎えてくれる。
【位置】は、国道294号線バイパスの大園木の信号の角地に立地し、北側に県道つくば古河線が同信号で交差している。東西南北からのアクセスには至便な場所である。
