    I’d give it 0 stars if I could, my father rang yesterday and was informed to ring back tomorrow at 8am, so I rang for him, lady answered the phone and said we don’t book appointments until 8.45am, I rang at 8.45am and I attempted to ring over 200 times, when I finally got to number one in the queue, I heard a click as though someone has answered the call and I was put back onto the automated phone system. Absolutely ridiculous, my father has been a patient at this surgery for many many years. Disgusting!

    Doctors are lovely once you get through to them but receptionists need re-training. I understand they have to deal with really difficult patients on a daily basis but customer service is still expected and respecting the client should be part of their job. They are very grumpy , sarcastic especially if you are not too familiar with how things work and always asking to ring back because someone ofr the other doesn't work these hours. They need to understand other people have jobs too and a person can possibly contact them twice or thrice for a problem but how is the patients fault if told to ring at a particular time for a staff member who isn't there. I have asked for online ordering of my prescription atleaar 10 times now and the admin lady is never there when I ring ,getting told wrong timings to call. Receptionist have also informed my mother in law of her tear results and miss informed her of what it means and left it at that ( the info given was false and results explanation not medically correct). The PA or pharmacists never tell you they aren't doctors when you specifically ask to speak to a doctor they avoid using their title so you think you are talking to one. Even when asked they sat we are clinicians which could mean anything. Please retrain your supporting staff as your own hardwork is being overshadowed by their lack of empathy and miss management. Update: 2 stars increased now 4 as noticed lately service has been alot better. Receptionist are nicer, appointment is more readily available and also the problems are being dealt with quicker and appropriately.

    This GP Surgery is very difficult to get though to them. After spending 25 minutes on the phone I was greeted by a very grumpy receptionist. I explained that I needed some advice from a GP the receptionist kept asking me why? why? When I clearly told her I need to speak to a doctor. I don’t see why I have to explain my situation to her in details. When ever I have ring the Surgery I have to go through the same process every time. I am really disappointed with this GP Surgery.

    I wish I could give them 0 they are so unorganised incompetent staff no one willing to take any responsibility. They have lost my medical report how pathetic They have shown no remorse not bothered attitude I’m going to lose my livelihood as it was for my bus medical I had 14 days to return the forms to DVLA. The staff should be sacked or reprimanded Loosing such vital documents. I shall sue them If I lose my license for incompetence and negligence.

    Grange medical doesn't even deserve 1 star, absolutely appalling receptionist team and a terrible manager. These people don't even know how to talk to people. Very rude, lack of professionalism and 0 common sense. Always shouting at you over the phone and lie alot. When you challenge them all of a sudden your the abuser, who doesn't listen and makes threats. The receptionists and the manager all have there own rules. Disgusting behaviour. All the receptionist need re training expecially shafina and that manager. The attitude on these people is so bad, they make the doctors look bad because of there attitude.

    Awful service and treatment from all staff. Firstly, I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was told to wait. I had to wait for 40 minutes for a doctor to call me in, other patients who arrived after me had their appointments. 3 times I told the receptionists that I was still waiting for my appointment, they continuously ignored me and kept hiding at the back. How rude is this! Imagine your own family or parents came here, would you give them this treatment?! I wanted a blood test after being ill for 2 weeks but the doctor just seem to ignore me and my symptoms even though I had a headache, was dizzy and feeling nausea and was clearly not well! They have made me wait 30 minutes in my previous appointments I had last year, but this experience was horrible and I was late for work even though I booked a very early appointment. Horrible experience, would not recommend this practice, better off registering with another practice where you can be treated like actual human beings with some respect!

    One of the worst services ever. The staff is so unsupportive and rude and they charge international students for descriptions and medications even tho you paid your health insurance already while other surgeons don’t. I am going change it and I highly recommend to not to register yourself for grange medical centre.

    I needed to book an appointment with the GP , and I had to ring 4 times and every time I had to wait at least 45 minutes for them to answer my call, the most annoying thing is that they keep changing the time for prescriptions and appointments, they make it very complicated for the patients to get appointments . Please do not register with them, the receptionist behaviour towards the patient is very unprofessional.

    Shocking, absolutely shocking service. Tried all morning to get through. Between 0840 to 0945 I've called 26 times! That's a call every 2.5+ minutes and not a single time I tried the phone was free. WHY TELL EVERYBODY TO CALL BACK BETWEEN THE SAME HOURS!?!?!?

    Don’t register here. They’re so unhelpful and rude. I was at work and was offered an appointment I asked for another time and was told I shouldn’t have made a request for an appointment. I don’t understand why you would work in a job where your main role is to help people and you’re so rude. She told me she couldn’t help me was sighing at my responses. It’s made me not want to attend any in person appointments here as someone who has bad anxiety this has been an awful experience

    MISS RAVINDA KHAN!! Stay away from her! This woman who claims to be the practice manager was incredibly rude and obnoxious. I was in the middle of providing an explanation for my missed appointment and she started screaming at me down the phone. I was in shock.. she just wouldn't stop being rude and talking over me! She first refused to give me her full name and then said that she doesn't report to anyone and that everyone reports to her! Invited me to write a letter of complaint and that the GMC couldn't touch her since she isn't a medical practioner. A utter disgrace! I completely understand why the reviews are so poor!

    I’m so annoyed , I waited one hour to get through and when I did the woman on the line was playing games with me saying she couldn’t hear me etc etc she heard what I said etc but then kept saying I can’t hear you etc. when I void hear her , then she got angry , put her colleague on the line who for no reason out the phone down on me , honestly I was so angry etc. they wasted my time etc very rude unprofessional staff bad service etc. they should all get the sack and get real staff in who are kind polite helpful etc.

    This surgery is horrible i am continuously ringing since morning no answer 8.35 i was told to ring 8.45 i kept ringing no answer since them i am ringing but no answer every time its same my 4 months old baby is not well but i can't get the appoinment this surgery should be closed down.

    Reception staff are a disgrace. I advise that they get thorough training on how to be professional over the phone. Also as a doctors practice you should take messages and appointments throughout the day not just at times that suit you people have other things and responsibilities in life to attend to they can’t wait around for 8am or 12pm to call the surgery for appointments only to get turned away. Also if a mother is calling for her sick child offer her an appointment and don’t speak to her rudely!! Staff members are usually loitering around reception drinking tea and talking trash about patients. I advise the lead doctor to employ receptionists who don’t behave rudely and actually do their job properly. they actually don’t pick up the phone either I tried calling this practice over 50 times no answer. DISGRACE!!

    I'd give 0 stars to this gp, I rang to book an appointment for my 2 year old, I rang them from 9:45am someone picked up the call and putted on automated, then I was in queue finally I was on number 2 in the queue it started back again from number 5 in the queue I thought might be automated so sometimes it does that, thats fine! finally at 10:38am receptionist picked up and said we are full for morning appointment call us back and hanged up, which is very rude and unprofessional please improve your service nobody call the gp for fun we need you thats why we call you atleast learn to be polite on the phone

    I have been with the practice for about five years now and have found them to be excellent in every way. All the staff are very helpful from reception to doctors. Over the time I have been with the practice I have yet to meet the rude, unhelpful staff who can barely speak English, and I have checked to make sure there isn’t another Grange Practice listed for Huddersfield. Thank you
