Me and my wife go to this jewellers regularly. Its a family run business and have been trading for many many years. Their ethos is customer happiness. As soon as you walk in to the shop you can get that family feel. They are always very helpful, polite, professional and most of all they want you to leave there with smile whether you buy or not. I always find them very reasonable in their pricing. They have nice designs and plenty of choice. My wife has often had her jewellery repaired from them and they did not charge for that either! Five star service. I don’t purchase gold, so this experience was new for me. I needed to alter a small piece of jewellery and ended up purchasing another small item. I was immediately put at ease by the friendly, welcoming, excellent, caring, polite customer service-Farooq, Nadia and Halima were attentive and knowledgable so very humble. Happy to show items with no pressure to purchase. They helped me try pieces explaining the designs. A delightful experience. Rarely, is a business so focussed on the customer experience . Master Jewellers are the exception. I also got a bag of pomegranates for my visit, before I purchased anything. You have made a loyal customer of me. Thank you for being so very helpful and kind.

Came to get my daughters ears pierced full information given, questions asked about health and any allergies, guided me on how to hold the child and full information provided for the after care and speedy recovery, Brilliant service by uncle Nawaz. If I could give 0, I would. The uncle lied saying that it weighed less when I took the anklets back to exchange than they told me when I bought them. They never give you receipts and they will straight up tell you something weighs a full 0.8g more than it does. I would not recommend you to go here, they'll rip you off for sure.

Poor customer service.I saw rating in Google and I went there to buy Chain and earrings but I only bought a baby ear studs. Because she don't like to show me more designs and she speaks rudely, so i left . then I went to Kesser Jewellers. I bought many jewels from there
