Good range of fish and fish products .The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.Have visited a number of times and always enjoy the experience.

A great place to visit for the whole family, easy access and very reasonably priced items to suit most pockets and budgets. I would strongly recommend a visit here and you will not be disappointed.One of my all time favourites and if we could then I would give it another further 5 stars.

So great! Lovely little part of Tong Garden Centre. Kids can get right up and look at the fish. You can even buy a small amount of fish feed to feed the bigger fish in the main tank.

Helpful staff. Good variety of fish, that all seem healthy. It's not exactly cheap and the location at the back of a clothes shop is less than ideal. Overall I was quite happy with my experience there and will likely return.

Didn't go there the one star reflects on Google not on the aquatic centre. I used the aquatic centre when I kept fish they were very good.

Nice place, well laid out. Not cheap though. Inside and outside too. We went for a gold fish and a tank. The tanks started at £50 and the gold fish were £4.

What a lovely place to visit. So much to offer, but unfortunately at the Aquatics, I asked for help with some fish I was immediately met with a look of disgust lol some people I guess don't like Muslims 🙃 but on the bright side what beautiful fish they have.

I have to say, every single member of staff we deal with in the aquatic centre, go out of their way to be helpful, and are extremely knowledgeable, and give great advice, a huge thanks to David, Charlie and Kat, you are all amazing

We have been in a couple of times now doing research before purchasing our first tank. The team are amazing, very helpful, no pressure to buy just providing their expert knowledge. Charlie helped in ordering a specific product not available in store, and on collection, Iona and Kat spent time giving us best advice including talking through options on the best fish for us. This store will be our go to for buying what we need, this is thank to the amazing customer service provided by the team.

Unfortunately I have to report that I purchased few large pond goldfish mix and they all died and did not survive the winter despite every one of my existing fish, not only survived, but thrived and are still thriving! The company did not really make much effort to find out more and just fobbed me off; I test water quality all year round including winter and my records showed all was fine with water quality. These fish were imported from Israel and did not seem to have much of an immune system; I have over 30 years of keeping fish and ponds. I sincerely advise you to ask if they are Israeli imported fish, before purchase, and if so AVOID!

Daniel (aquatics areac in tong garden centre) was incredibly helpful and talked me through wildlife ponds, plants and pumps to make sure I had a healthy, aesthetic, self-sustaining pond. He was incredibly patient as I don't know much about the ins of setting up a "good" pond. He even sorted me out with bits of kit I didn't even think of! Masterclass in Customer Service 👏

The selection and quality of fish seems to be on the decline. The staff could learn some customer service skill from Charlie, top lad.

Alex (in aquatic area) - what a service! His customer skills are phenomenal. So patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Cant speak highly enough of him. Been back 3 times and seen him each time. Though the might get sick of seeing me. Totally helped me with each purchase. Ilbe coming back each time I need anything just for him. Hes a credit to your company.

The garden centre has a new aquatics centre within the garden centre itself. Good choice of summer/autumn fish food available, aswell as the usual fish tanks, ornaments and indoor and outdoor dishes.

Very helpful staff with good advice. I will be back to stock up my tank with fish.

Visiting the area from London. Really loved the variety of tropical fish compared to London. Very friendly and helpful staff in helping with information on travel time for fish , luckily all the platies and guppy survived the 4 hour journey! Keep up the good work!
