When
I
first
decided
to
get
a
PT,
I
never
expected
it
to
last
as
long
as
it
did.
In
my
mind
I
just
wanted
to
keep
my
energy
levels
up
whilst
pregnant.
However,
because
of
how
great
Kerry
is,
I
ended
up
having
sessions
for
nearly
a
year
and
a
half!
Over
this
time
Kerry
made
multiple
programs
that
were
suited
to
me
and
my
goals
at
different
stages
of
my
pregnancy
journey;
recovering
from
a
c
section;
my
diastasis
recti
and
getting
back
to
full
fitness
and
playing
sport
again.
The
sessions
had
the
right
amount
of
challenge
and
loved
how
they
could
also
fit
in
around
the
home
using
every
day
things
like
my
sofa!
Any
equipment
I
didn’t
have
she
posted
to
me
so
I
wouldn’t
be
without.
Kerry
never
made
me
feel
pressurised
to
do
my
workouts
or
“homework”
(which
was
a
fear
of
mine
when
considering
having
a
PT!).
Kerry
always
gauged
our
sessions
on
how
I
was
feeling
on
the
day
-
be
it
full
of
energy
or
severely
sleep
deprived!
Sometimes
we
just
spent
time
talking
through
the
trials
of
motherhood
and
Kerry
always
advocated
the
importance
of
mum
time.
She
gave
me
so
many
great
ideas
not
just
for
my
fitness
but
for
my
nutrition,
structuring
family
life
and
my
mental
health.
Kerry
really
gave
me
a
holistic
experience
and
I
am
so
grateful
for
all
the
time
and
effort
she
put
in
with
me.
