The best place to visit to purge the soul. I hope it stays as it is remote and peaceful.

A fantastic destination if you want to spent time next to the ๐ŸŒŠ sea. The beach is not sandy but.the shells and the stones makes.it all more.exciting for adults and for.children to explore. There is the icecream from the uncle toms caring that is a must for every visitor. There are numerous colourfully beach huts and is peacefully quiet in the late afternoons. There is a spacious carpark that charges very little however you have to be careful about the closing time. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from may to September.

This is a lovely little beach that my boyfriend and I come to often. It has a little coffee and snack bar during peak season, benches to sit on and a toilet if you are able bodied and can walk to it. Otherwise you can drive to it. We decided to go at night on a whim and it was scary! So stick to daylight hours.

Ideal atmosphere for spending a restful time. The sea is outstanding (keeping a note of the tide times would be handy). Close to the car park. Surrounded by lovely views spreading to the very end of the front and facing Sheerness Port.

We were hoping to get sandy beach in Southend on Sea but sadly couldn't find any. We tried East beach, Shoebury common beach and City beach as well. However Shoebury beach is nice and clean and my kids had some fun.

Very nice place, as I was cycling down here from London. It was kinda busy but still had a pleasent stay there. Bit unlucky as the sea was on a low tide next time try to catch the highest level.

Lovely beach, not too busy. Better for strolling along than playing on.

The beach is not suitable due to the low tide at July end. My kids were disappointed they could not swim.

๐Ÿ‘ Nice little beach , this was at low tide and there's no water apart from the kids pool. You have to get past sharp shells and shingle to get to the sand. Highly recommend beach shoes especially for kids. When the tide comes in, it's very fast. It's better to set up camp up on the grass if you have k...
