Rooms are neat and clean. Parking is available. Great view. But service/management is poor. Every time I ask some thing they either delay it or forget it. In spite of the request, i didn't get the hand wash.

I don't understand the good ratings. I stayed one night and I can't recommend this Hotel. It is in a middle of an industrial area. Someone wrote there is a nice view... what does he mean? Nice view to industrial buildings? When I arrived there was a lot of noise from the workers using machines in the industrial building next to the hotel. The room was dirty, dust and hair on the floor and stains on the linen and bed sheets. I had to ask to clean everything and then it was ok. Well, I could see the blanket when the linen has been changed... I took it off and only used that for the night. After coming from the airport with more than 40 hours of no sleep, this was really annoying. The tap is not fixed properly and the water spread everywhere. Then I heard the staff next room playing loud music or films or YouTube or whatever. The rooms are very badly soundproofed. During the night I heard a baby crying and a mother loudly singing to comfort it but it felt like they're both next to me, right in my bed. I paid 1000 INR (ca. 11,50 Euro). That's an impudence! My first stay in India. I learned. Later I had accommodations much cheaper and 100 times better.

The hotel was location in a residential location. If you don’t have a private vehicle then transportation can be an issue. The rooms were medium sized and well lit. Washrooms were okayish and cleaned however the bedsheets and blankets were dirty. It looked liked they didn’t wash or refreshed it and was used. The staffs were good. The hotel doesn’t have a cafeteria or pantry. The room had a menu book but when we tried ordering they declined the request.

Worst experience staying in here. They don’t provide with the basic amenities like water and charge for it. The rooms are costly, but the services are not quite upto expectations.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was well maintained with 24/7 water facility and seamless internet connectivity. It's situated in a residential area little away from bus stand. It lacks with lift facility, may be difficult for elders.

Positive : Rooms and hotel is clean. Negative : 1. Hotel is in a layout dead end. Localities park their vehicles on road blocking the way to this hotel. 2. No lift if u have 3rd floor room you need to carry your luggage yourself. 3. No room boy 4. They say they will accommodate 4 people in a room in make my trip. After reaching there it is 2 beds and he says king size bed and asked extra bed says extra charges. 5. Tv nothing comes you need to sign in your creditenals and use. 6. Parking place in ground. Need to see and park to avoid rats eat off your cars. 7. No kitchen nothing. 8. Price over charged in peak time not worth.

Nice place to stay with Family. Good Neat rooms as shown in the images. Full time hot water facility. One kettle also provided in the room. One big wardrobe also.The manager and staff giving good service. Ample parking space. No hidden charges and tricky things and no other disturbances.

Good service all the employees are polite the location is kinda far from the malls that’s why I give it a 4 but there still are shops and food stall near and the room is the best you get free Wi-Fi and you get a smart tv with YouTube am watching a movie right now while typing this I will say it’s great am Asian still I got no racism they all treated me good and I think the room charge is 900rs while you get free wifi king size bed a fan a bathroom with hot or cold shower! And a nice window view and a lot of charging holes and a good service I

If you are looking for a night stay without any outside view because there is no scenic view but the hotel is good, clean bed, washroom

Rooms are clean stay located in industrial area. Service is pathetic they don’t provide water after multiple follow up they provide. This stay have 3 floors but no lifts so for elderly people it’s not preferable. Bed covers are old and cheap quality threads came out from bedsheet and got bubble where you feel uncomfortable. Apart from that it’s hygiene and clean

Pros: Room was clean, large beds, low cost. Premises were kept clean and well maintained. Welcoming and helpful staff. A few set backs, still I give a 3 star. And would recommend the place as budget accommodation. Cons : 1. privacy problem in the bathroom. Room 203. The next building balcony railings are 1foot away. And neighbor's door is exactly opposite. If someone just peeks in or pushes a cell phone and starts recording we wont even know. The glass could be lifted up easily. Absolutely needs a immediate attention . 2. No mosquito net on the windows, with no AC, closed window, the room heats up in summer. Out of the room was cool. 3. The entry road to the hotel is very bad, unkept and people around throw trash on the empty sites, and no private parking. We had to adjust with this. Can be improved a lot. 4. The bath floor needed a scrub. Was a little slimy when it got wet.

I have seen the services is good and moreover we have delicious food with reasonable amount. The location is located in good place in Mysore. Services are available at mid night as well. I would refer everyone to come this place and have wonderful vacation or weekends.

Highly recommended hotel for families. Affordable price. Host(Sachin) is more helpful and kind. We are really happy and more satisfied with the room and service. Its easily accessible place to get cab and auto.

If you are looking just for a night halt at reasonable rate, then it should be fine. It is located near Mysore ring road. Car parking is available at the close by small ground. They will order and arrange the food from near by restaurant if required. It is kind of service apartment converted as hotel stay. Rooms are medium sized. No lift available .

I had to reach Ooty from Mysore but unexpectedly I need to stay at Mysore ,as the check post will be closed and i have no idea which hotel I need to stay in . I have booked in the Agoda app and the rooms are pretty good . It is located a little far from the city but u won't regret it. Near rooms and shampoo and soap provided . Service is good . Overall recommend 👍
